would this be the solution to my sweatshirt problem? (pic related)
when I raise my arms the sweatshirt lifts up and exposes my midriff
Would doing what is pictured in red lessen/solve/prevent this problem?
>>8531448
It's not just the pit but also that you are raising your shoulders. Hard to fix. Cop longer.
>>8531457
At least I know now, thanks
I didn't even buy it but my brother was going to throw it away so i took it instead, but it is an XS
I like the fit, but as you say the length isn't enough.
>>8531448
Sewing it will work just be sure to turn inside out

This is a Linen Henley I've been working on. Going to add the Plackard soon (The button up part) with some wooden buttons I ordered, then I just need to finish the sleeves and I should be set.
>>8535001
do you have scoliosis?
>>8535016

If you're talking about the angles, I'm 6'6 and it's extremely difficult to get a full top shot, so sometimes I contort a little. This isn't about my posture it's about DIY
>>8535001
This is what I like to see when I come to DIY threads, what kind of sewing machine do you have?
>>8535001
>linen Henley
That shit sounds comfy as fuck
If I want to taper these jeans, how much should I be cutting off? As in, from how far up should I start. The small red mark is how far I'm intending to cut the bottom, so that my feet still fit through.
Any help would be appreciated, but it probably would be more useful if you'd done something like this before.
>>8535140
>tapered jeans
>2014
Kmart sells tapered jeans btw

w2c cdg patch?
>>8535490
nvm found it holy shit it's nine bucks.
the two small squares are swatches to test how this denim would bleach. i liked the result so i threw the jeans into a bucket of bleach, gotta let them sit for like a day and a half though
>>8535140
Do you have any jeans that fit you well? The easiest way to do it really is just to copy off something you already like. Failing that, get a bunch of safety pins and and mess with the taper until you're happy with it, then sew. Do one side first and then copy it.
>>8537362
Day and a half? I hope you diluted the bleach pretty well.
>>8535140
DONT CUT UNTIL ITS READY AND YOURE SURE YOU WANT IT LIKE THAT!
>>8531393

I want to put a big square patch on the back of a jacket. How can I print an image of my choice onto a patch? Are there people that do this?
>>8539747
If it's simple
Stencil
If it's complicated (lot of colors, lot of details) you gotta order it from somewhere.
