I really wanted to get a ring that has a ruby, emerald, or sapphire since diamonds are worthless rocks. What do you think? Ruby is the obvious choice since red represents love, lust, etc. but sapphires look really nice too. Most likely not going to get an emerald. What do you think of "nontraditional" engagement rings?
