It's rather comical that you mention HTC phones are too big because that's one of the reasons luring people into buying phones from HTC and other brands. Consumers are enjoying bigger screens, which the iPhone lacks. Don't like big screens? Go for the mini version. HTC got it all covered with varied color & size options, solid build quality and decent design; that's why they are selling well.

Nope. Nova launcher, I also have a custom ROM installed and I heavily modified it using xposed modules. Mainly gravitybox though. Icon Pack is moonshine, free on the play store. First weather widget is MNML weather for uccw, the second is effing weather, also for UCCW.
