Actually, we SHOULD give it a name. Things that have a name can be "out", because as soon as something is deemed cohesive enough to be a trend, people will try moving on to something else. It can then have a ton of stigmas associated with it and be cornered in a small niche, and its potential to have a cultural impact will be quickly neutralized.

if there's one good thing about the post-modern hipster-driven mindset of our civilization, it's that it allows us to weed out the bad trends as soon as we give them a name.

So, in order to get rid of this awful trend, we need to give it a name.

Healthgoth will do just fine, it sounds retarded and unappealing enough to make anyone who doesn't know about it want to try something else as soon as he or she hears the name.
