My hair is so fucked up, I stopped shampooing it, havent in like 3 days and I generally just wash it in the shower really good with my hand and stuff. I showered earlier today and by tonight my hair looks disgustingly dirty and I dont understand it. In less than 8 hours my hair just looks like shit. Its so flat too because no shampoo or conditioner. I started getting dandruff in november so I switched to no harsh chemicals in my shampoo I used the ionized blue bottle and it made my hair look greasy too but the person at Sally's told me it would. But atleast it smelled good. Anywho, what is going on?

Takes time for your scalp to adjust to not having the oils stripped from it everyday.
Using shampoo makes your scalp overproduce oil. After a while your head will stop producing so much and you'll be good.

just take it slowly, don't go full no poo straight away. like if you shampoo everyday then start by shampooing every two days instead and then every 3 days and so on. eventually your scalp will stop producing so much oil as the other anon said
