I bought these fuckin meme shoes and now everyone keeps asking me why I look like a nurse
>you spent HOW MUCH??
>why are your shoes pure white anon
>your shoes look weird
I got trolled didn't I
stop wearing with scrubs.
alternatively, stop being a scrub, but that's harder.
white sneakers really aren't as versatile as this board wants you to believe, imo these should really only be purchased after you have already built a solid shoe collection and know that they will see maybe ~1-2 wears a week if not less, I see too many fits here with these shoehorned in as if the poor sap just put them on an otherwise okay fit just to recoup his investment
i've been on this board since i was 14, been ameme for 5 years believe it or not. I finally got a job (and not some lame highschooler) and I can afford these in like 1 week. crazy how second you make money they dont seem so expensive any more, one of those things, second i get it I'm gonna hate them desu too lol.
Should have bought the light grey ones
Been wearing these 5+ days per week for 2 years now.
>buying things you don't even like because they're popular on /fa/
you memed yourself, retard
this is such a shitty mentality. I think the problem here is most of you guys don't even actually like fashion, you're just like all the other goobers at UO or the mall trying to impress girls
like read about the history of balenciaga and maybe you'll gain a better appreciation for the art of it, not just to wear shit like bape to brag about it
>and I can afford these in like 1 week
kek what kind of wagecuck job do you have?
Whats wrong with white cps?
this is true for me.
i don't really like fashion.
i rarely watch shows or pay attention to collections released because many of it is just eye porn and not actual stuff you can wear on the daily basis.
i do not like fashion i just like shop and look nice...well look better than the average normie
i don't see anything wrong with that.
i'm guessing the issue here is that they're not fitting well into your overall aesthetic?
where are you located, anon?
the whole "white shoes are a mark of an american tourist" thing has been over in euro, from what i've read, for about 2-3 years now . . .
CPs are the cleanest, most comfortable, versatile sneaker currently in production, so meme or not, why care about backlash?
"weird" usually equates to "i don't know what quality materials and construction looks like in person"?
things wouldn't become memes in the first place if there weren't something about them to like . . .
Got these because I'm a bit poor. And they look petty good, actually. I get a lot of good looks from pretty girls.
Holy fuck. people still think low AH are /fa/? Get the Stan Smith barneys and it will cost you half the price and a better aesthetic
>get stan smiths
>compliments from everyone in dorm
Nurses around where I live wear all of the latest hyped sneakers like chuck taylor ultra boost, flux, superstars, stans, and free runs. So i wouldn't be surprised if nurses wear cp's as well.
They make decent amount of money anyway. If neets on /fa/ can afford them then so can nurses
>wore my Danner Mountain Lights to work
>had to bleach the dialysis machines
>literally got bleach on my new boots
can't tell if they look cool or bad so I stopped wearing them altogether =(((((((
I make 5.50 usd an hour at 19 laying bricks. Cash on hand. Been looking for wok for 3 years so got desperate. Still making 55 bucks for 10 hr work. Not that bad IMO. And yes I'm first world.
so in my line of work anybody with a ged can make 16 bucks an hour and work, literally, as much as they're willing to work (I know dudes pulling 90+ hours a week)
only drawback: hours are long so you're bound to get burned out
What's your line.
I had a tough time getting employed, I fucked up at being an awkward age and no experience. And I fucked up a cafe job by ordering a coffee at the interview and I was on r9k and they said act alpha so I showed literally no respect to the waiter.
When the coffee came the interviewer was kinda drawn back by my responses and asked me "so how is it" and I said "aweful, but get me on the machine and this retard off and I'll change my mind "
Don't act alpha at a interview
I found it's really hard to put on those hospital shoe cover onto boots. Sure, a waterproof boots would protect my foot from nasty disease stuffs. But then, it's harder to put on those shoe cover to protect your shoes in the first place
Lol insolence is key. You would be better to come off as "quiet" than rude or standoffish
Bleach goes through pretty much anything. I have bleach stains on t-shirts that I was wearing (along with three other layers, including a special gown that is supposed to prevent liquids to bleed through)
You in America? Any HD company will hire someone with no experience and train them to do the work
There's night and weekend differentials, good benefits, and a lot of overtime
I know techs who are pulling in more than my RN friends from the hospital
But it's a grind
If you get Stan Smith's everybody will compliment you because they are Normie tier, if you rock cps and start to get those comments, you don't have the attitude to wear high fashion items. Sell them instantly and get some Stan Smith's and Kanye West meme shoes so everybody thinks you are cool.
the only people who would appreciate $300 pair of sneakers are /fa/ aspies
normal people would look at you like you're insane, but its okay because most of this board is friendless and virgin anyway
