How much carrot in grams should I eat a day to get that carotenoid tan?
I'm tired of being pale.

There are other foods besides just carrots, sweet potatoes and spinach/kale for instance are high in carotene. Eating some sort of fat with them also helps with the absorption I believe. You could replace all lettuce type produce with spinach/kale, have it in a salad along with carrots and tomatoes, also avocado for the high fat content.
