However that's why I specified that nowadays, because currently most people have some kind of a computer (even a handheld one is strong enough to emulate old consoles which allows for hundreds of games) , of course buying an expensive gaming PC and playing all these new mainstream releases which are 100$ each is the least punk shit. But the aesthetics op mentioned specifically relate to old school/arcade games or low cost indie stuff
