You need to make a choice between a cardigan and a blazer. It looks too fluid / hybrid atm to be a blazer, but the details make it look like something else than a cardi.

Not the same guy, but I'm also an artist. Of the top of my head, the thighs are too small for the big legs. And the shoes are a big large making them look like clown shoes. More personal complaints, I generally just don't like this at style. It's half way between chibi and traditional anime style that it just looks off. The character is too tall to be chibi level, but too short to be more realistically proportioned. Also, the face is not detailed enough considering what you put there. You can't have half a nose. Even the animes put the two line nose or they don't put a nose down at all. But, all that is just personal.

Yeah, I draw the lower part of the legs too big, I think it's because I'm used to seeing people wearing looser fitting pants, which give the appearance of the legs being fairly uniform in width. I'll have to improve on that. The shoes are kinda supposed to be exaggerated. I could tone it down though in the future. The style is actually based on the newer pokemon trainer characters in the main game series (top part of picture). I use some of my own style in there too. This isn't how I draw eyes and noses though.
