Uniqlo and Topman have some. I prefer mine from Topman because they did not shrink, and the collar doesn't lose its elasticity after putting it on.

Covington is from Sears. I have one of theirs. I got it for free with Sears points, but would have regret purchasing one. Compared to the other brand I have mentioned, it faded more significantly from the two times I have washed it versus the other brands. Also, their small is Topman's medium.
I picked up one like pic related from a thrift store not to long ago I find it goes well with a denim jacket

Wool Overs guys. They're Pretty good, especially considering their prices. Copped a cream colored cable-knit turtleneck from them and it has become my absolute favorite sweater of all time.
