Not good. I highlighted some of the more troubled areas but you're going to have to get some new threads man.
The shoulder seam should be located just where your scapula ends. put your hand to your shoulder and raise your hand. the farthest point in the bone which does not move is where you want the seam.
Buttoning point in jacket. You may want to start with a traditional buttoning point. the upmost button in your jacket should be at the same level as the thinnest part in your waist. It's usually halfway between your navel and ribcage
Jacket length. If you keep your hand straight to your side, jacket should end at the first knuckle of your thumb. Alternatively it be just enough to cover your ass.
Don't wear a fucking t-shirt under a button up. If you have to wear an undershirt it should never be seen.
Your pants are way loose and long. You should get a pair that fit's closer to the leg especially at the leg opening. The pant leg should fall on the upper to middle eyelets of your shoe and create a single slight crease at the bottom.
And before someone comes spouting bullshit these are just suggestions as there are but few definitive rules in suiting. Once you know what the fuck you're doing you can do it any way you want.

Mmkay. It's cool, I get loads of shit at thrift stores. But, what id do if I were you (if money's tight) is put away a little bit of money at a time and get like one or two pairs of solid new jeans. I really like levis personally. Just go into a mall or a store that sells levis and try on a couple different cuts and get what you feel comfortable in and like the look of. I'd get a pair of jeans and a pair of khakis.

Thrift store jeans are rarley very well fitting (at least where I live in a shitty Midwest suburb outside a shitty Midwest city)
