it will look the part, but it won't actually do much.
leather gets pretty hot already, and fur becomes a cold mess once it gets wet, be it perspiration or rain.

i had a leather jacket with a fur liner you could take off and it was considerably warmer with the the liner in, as you'd expect from a liner. Oh, also, I didn't swim in my jacket so it didn't really get wet.
