I'm laughing, I don't come to this board very often but when I do there's always several threads of guys, with bad hair and defeated expressions on their faces, asking what they should do with their hair.

good program but stay off that site in general

a word of advice - unless otherwise stated "bodybuilding" routines normally assume you will be using steroids, unless it specifically states its for naturals. when was the last time you saw a steroids only routine...?

You have very soft features and no eyebrows. Look at guys like Gerard Butler, Jeremy Renner and maybe even Bradley Cooper for inspo. Also, darken/thicken your brows.

It is, but it works. People over do it + don't incorporate upper body, which results in the T-rex mode meme shit. You're only supposed to do it for 3-6 months to develop a strength base, make larger beginner gains, practice/perfect your lifting forms, so you can advance.

What upper body lifts would you recommend incorporating? Also is it better to start 3x5 or 5x5?
