good program but stay off that site in general

a word of advice - unless otherwise stated "bodybuilding" routines normally assume you will be using steroids, unless it specifically states its for naturals. when was the last time you saw a steroids only routine...?

You have very soft features and no eyebrows. Look at guys like Gerard Butler, Jeremy Renner and maybe even Bradley Cooper for inspo. Also, darken/thicken your brows.

It is, but it works. People over do it + don't incorporate upper body, which results in the T-rex mode meme shit. You're only supposed to do it for 3-6 months to develop a strength base, make larger beginner gains, practice/perfect your lifting forms, so you can advance.
