Secondly, this is the Fabric plan to date, I won't upload it to imgur yet as I don't think its quite ready, and every time an adjustment is made i'll have to reupload.

But when we do get it a bit further on, it will be added to the OG post in the form of an imgur file.

Does anyone know what "brushed leather" means on the ssense descriptions? Looks like blistered lamb but I'm not sure.

Maybe there is seasonal change or 'evolution' of the fabric, like it used to be something but they developed and decided to change the fabric to something else.

Yeah, I figured it was worth calling that out. Unfortunately there's a possibility of conflicting codes throughout the many seasons before they developed some consistency at Plinth.

I'll add more later if I remember.

Why's it so hard to buy a pair of black jersey cotton pods? Please please please do not pay for totes. A lot of retailers literally give these away, and most even throw them in the trash along with the hangers and hang tags. I'm sure if you buy anything at all at the Rick store in NYC they will be happy to give you a tote if you simply ask, and are more than likely to just give you one anyway.

Designer clothing boutiques like to homogenize branding hence why they will throw away designers packing materials. Literally dumpsters full of branded hangers during delivery season. Go to your local boutique during this time and ask a sales person you might have dealt with and they might do you a favor and pull some out of the stock room.

If any of you are so desperate to pay for them, post here first. I'll get some for you when deliveries come. Pay for shipping.

Don't have the perfect width hanger which causes it to have a weird crease either right before or after the end of the shoulder.

Also some of them are heavy calf so even with my Rick hanger the leather on the arm gets this weird crease from hanging so long.

Same thing happens to my thick cotton tops. They sit on a hanger so long they get creases in weird places.

judging from your pic you got some shitty drkshdw ones in a thin fleece or something. Usually ricks drop crotch pants have a thing with buttons in front of the bulge to avoid this problem but maybe your material is just too soft and you can still see it

Good evening ROG! I'm thinking about buying my first pair of waxed denim and i realllly love the waxed memphis pants. I was wondering which size i should go for? My normal jean size is usually 32/32. ( male ) Should i size up or down since i've hears these pants are quite tight. I dont think that's true at all, I like visiting Unwoven still but most of its community is beyond egotistical. The last time I posted a fit there Timber literally had a tantrum because I didnt properly pick up my floor and asked for a method of "unwaxing" a pair of pants. It wasn't even addressed at her, it was seriously just a quick question I made because I thought if anyone knew how to do it, those on that site would know.

Sure the site isn't really revolved around shit like that, but Merz and the others always continuously bring up how much they like the free flowing discussion that goes on there. My question may not have been directed at the themes usually seen around in Unwoven but it wasn't taking away from them at all. I have a gimp hoodie coming in XXL I got a great deal on. I usually wear L tops and XL jackets in rick and am hoping it will just be a nice oversize hoodie and not look too ridiculously big.

However some drkshdw tops I have are oversize medium even so maybe this fits a bit oversize and will look like im swimming in it? Otherhand mainline rick XL is tight on my back and arms.

Can't find XXL measurements so maybe someone can weigh in on whether I should stay excited or not. I wanted a drkshdw denim vest to wear with this, would an XXL one be the way to go if I want to own the oversize look?

I'm 6' 190lbs. Will probably aim to lose 5lbs fat over the next little bit but am returning to the gym after an injury so size-wise I will stay the same (been lifting 4 years, decent muscle mass). haven't had a suit since high school.

The narrow shoulders are usually why I size up on rick, but like an XL naska bomber I just got is pretty tight in the arms, and I can't close it due to my back/ass (luckily it looks good open).

I really like Memphis jeans with boots, so in terms of silhouette I would say the ramones - keep the slender thing going. I kinda prefer my Geos with flowier pants.

That being said, they could both work really well if you styled the rest of it right.

That in theory sounds like a good idea, but ultimately I think a bit of a wild goose chase.

I dont want the guide to be 150 pages long, and it would be difficult to get pictures of the same quality for every single material unless I had one of each with me. And even then the time involved to put it all together would be pretty horrendous.

The way I saw it you could just click whatever leather you want to check from the google docs (like say blistered lamb) and it'd open gallery of jacket or something with the said material and close up of the material and have few words about it underneath.
Could be community effort, people could send pics of their own to you, granted it would be lot of effort and there should be some sort of standard for the pics so that they could be submitted.
Just an idea though, the list alone is helpful already.

It's extremely fine grit. You're using it on a synthetic material, your shoe sole, it's going to be able to handle it. It's very insignificant compared to the general wear of it being a shoe and all. I only need to do it once every couple months anyhow and they still look brand new after owning for nearly 2 years.
You would be hard pressed to do any damage to your shoe with a fucking magic eraser.

Lexol is what I use! Best option for geos. I also have a neutral cream conditioner from red wing, I use a light coating of that as a little added conditioning/protection. Good shit good shit.

I only like prisoners with a low sneaker, like the runners. I know what you mean, I don't wear my prisoners at all anymore. They are pretty much a one-of fit with my tech runners. Otherwise I find pods plus leggings do the job better

between prisoners, ramone highs, and basic tees (the ones you can twist and gather around your body)... what's a best first rick purchase? These are items I like and think I could work with without a full rick wardrobe.
