Any skinnyfags here who started to work out?
I started doing light arm/back/chest work for a tiny bit of GAINZ but mostly just to tone up
I should really be doing some form of cardio but heart problems are fucking me in the ass so idk
i did for 3 weeks every other day
then i stopped doing it for a few weeks and lost all my gains
if you really want to get bit it takes so much fucking time and you will have to do it almost every day
desu it wasn't worth it imo. too exhausting for little gains which you will lose if you stop for a few weeks
idk doesn't seem worth it really and being skinny is beautiful too
Yeah, I started lifting a bit a couple of years ago and kept it up for about a year. Got pretty toned, but I just got to a point where I didn't have time to go to the gym 3+ days a week. Now I just do cardio and light calisthenics.
yeah but seriously thinking about your gym outfit and if it's /fa is a loada bullshit.
throw on some shorts and a tank.
not to mention you'll look fucking ridiculous if you wear some fa bs
Yes, now I just need /effay/ cloths
that moment when you gain 2 kg in winter and 1 kg away from being fatty
being in shape is a lifestyle choice. its a commitment that isn't worth the effort to most people. not that that's a bad thing; its an very demanding thing. hence why after a certain level of fitness, people don't do anything pretty much except train.
>i did for 3 weeks
>then i stopped doing it for a few weeks and lost all my gains
>3 fucking weeks
How much muscle do you think you put on in those 3 weeks fuccboi? And please type like an adult if you want to be taken serious
has anybody tried freeletics?
there is this one daily routine workout called venus:
>40 deep squats
>everything 4 times in 20 minutes
i want to start with half of the repetitions and then slowly increase the amount
yeah I just do
lunges/squats and deadlifts
and some bicep curls
3x a week
don't care for bench press feels weird and painful afterwards. same with push-ups always hated that fucking exercise
I did it, the whole point of the program is to start from the first exercise and gradually increase the difficulty and I'm pretty sure 4x40 pushups is not in the beginning. Freeletics is very demanding, but for me it worked as a way to change by lifestyle healthier, but I don't really do those exercises anymore (apart from aphrodite which is 50-40-30-20-10 burpee/squat/situp). In longterm these hiit / crossfit programs aren't that great, because very easily you will do them in a bad form and subjecting your muscles to constant extreme stress is very unhealthy (although freeletics is bodyweight only, which makes the risk smaller). Now I mix gym, swimming, hiit and surfing (when I have the chance). Feel much better.
tl:dr start from the beginning but crossfit style is not a great longterm solution.
Just get dark Tanktop or Tee without sleeves in a loose size
And drop crotch cropped panty, tapered cargos, leggings.
As shoes get tubulars or for weightlifting converse without branding or those deadlift shoe sock things
if you do the "nazu" march for 1.5 miles a day with your legs brought up to your chest and extending your arm it burns more calories than jogging twice the distance
skinnyfag here who got my gym membership last week although I have pretty good technique due to being tutored by experienced guys in the past
my stats are 40kg bench 60kg squat 50kg deadlift 8x3 which is pretty terrible but im looking forward to becoming stronger. can already feel my confidence rising from just following my routine 1 week lol
Not skinny but i could give advice?
