Are there any western brands that make flamboyant button downs and jackets such as this?
What is this style called? Faggot?
Anyway, I have always liked it, but the only western brand even remotely similar to this is Etro and even they don't pull it off perfectly.
Some more examples from Love to Hate Me.
Suit is actually Dries Van Noten, shirt is Balmain. Ichi the killer had great costume overall.

Dries Van Noten did not exist back then.
Balmain does not make such shirts.

Dries abolutely existed before 2001.
I could be wrong, but this is what my hunt for the same shirt/suit led me to a couple of years ago - Can't find any information to prove my claim now, though.

I wonder what material is used for the suit, looks pretty amazing. I could get one tailored, but I don't really know where to find such fabrics. I even looked at MTM stores for shirts and nobody offers any fabrics like that.
I guess this is just too flamboyant for people to consider actually wearing.

Honestly, no idea. Guessing some kind of synthetic? Or possibly warp/weft in contrasting colours/thread thickness? This isn't my strong forte to be honest.
Bah, some flamboyancy is good for you, better than dull monotony. Throw some glitter on your favourite jacket.

You are indeed correct. Suit is def Dries. I seem to remember the shirt was too, but don't hold me to it.

Is there an option to still buy similiar suits?
