Looks kind of cool, but the lighting and stuff isn't really doing the individual pieces any favours
Kind of meh after what I thought was a really good SS show. Maybe editorials will change my mind though
these were pretty nice as well. digging the orange details in the shoes and some of the jackets. my favorite one is pic related for the wires
I thought this was pretty dope. The whole editorial felt like a transition from a man going to work to sleep with a childish vibe to it and the editorial format really helped.
As a shop staff I was asked to participate. External people were mostly fashion school students dressing up the models. If you wanna do that, call the press room, not the headquarter, they're the one recruiting.
He had a hand in it yes. I was kind of hoping for a radical shift in line with the women's, but I guess it's smart that they just tweaked the direction a bit b/c male customers are less open to sudden changes in brands they've been loyal to.
Huh I totally did not notice until you brought it up.
Editorial =/= lookbook, look up the definitions
you wanna fight senpai? meet me in the schoolyard at lunchtime
>tfw your favourite designers are leaving your favourite projects
well, it will be a fresh breth of air, his last collection was pretty bad, and his work in the couture collection was regular if you compare it to another french brands, i hope he gets his shit together and that the next designer gets back some of the YSL aesthetic but integrating it with the style Hedi had in his first collections
RIP Raf x Dior et Hedi x SLP
Sergei and Lucie did some dece work, almost as good as Raf
so are we going to ignore the fact that rick is not only going to allow us to carry passports and sandwiches in our coats and jackets.
but also ipads in our new pants?
yeah it looks so different to YSL but being honest here, it was more succesful than YSL, in comercial terms that is, you know, almoost all rich chinks wear SLP
nigga, you can carry a full picnic there if you want
yeah, SLP did help the sales but it's the fact that it completely changed the house and yves vision.
And we don't know if it will ever go back.
there is a rumor that anthony vaccarello will take over though
those were rumours, supposedly Hedi was leaving SLP for Gucci or something like that, there arent actual articles that say firmly that his leaving SLP, all of this was started because many designers left some brands, like Raf with Dior who supposedly Lanvin was going to replace him but no
well, you know most brands are just subsidiaries of big corporate conglomerates, sometimes money is more important than beauty, specially in these years of crysis
