Will make your skin red and dry, but eventually the marks will become lighter. I recommend the latter.

If they're persistent and occur in clusters, go to a dermatologist and ask for Differin/Adapalene cream. Don't eat milk chocolate, wash your face regularly, after you shower occasionally rub some rubbing alcohol on the areas. Exercising and then immediately showering helps.

Not sure if same problem. I finished my course of Accutane and all I have left are red dots (not acne as there are only dots and no white stuff anymore) and scars with black points on nose. Doc said I don't need second course as acne is indeed gone, I just have postacne or shit now.

The best option is go to a dermatologist. They will most likely prescribe you a retinol, something like retin-a micro or some form of tretinoin. It speeds up cell regeneration and will allow it to go away faster.
