Why some people have faces completely different from the body?
On the right skeleton queen eugenia that is clearly an anorexic girl, still has some fat at the face.
On the left, random girl that seems to be heavier but looks like a meth head.
I look like girl on left (but I'm a man), gained 15 pound but I still look like an addicted.

Comes down to genetics, fat placement is determined by your genes. Just like some people have big hips and others have topheavy builds. Although, excercisng face muscles and diet can slightly alter your face.

I think Eugenia is much younger (thicker more leastic skin, more fat) plus simply has a very flat face. Addtionaly she has very thin and long body bones.
