Crash diet under 500 calories per day for 7-10 days. Lose some fat but mostly water weight.

Increase cals to 1000. You might gain some water weight back but since it's still very low cal it should be fine.

Once you reach goal weight increase daily cals until you reach your TDEE (can be calculated online). Increase intake slowly, ideally only by 100 calories every 3 days.

Losing 10-lbs ASAP is harder to maintain than gradually lowering it and learning how to eyeball how much you should be eating. If you have time, I'd instead take your TDEE and subtract -500kcals to lower your weight 1lb/week over 3 months and some change.

I was the same way for a little while, I'm lucky I didn't become over weight. You just need to stop saying "Tomorrow" and start right now.
Go buy some low cal groceries and throw out all of your junk food, even the unfinished stuff. Liberate yourself.
Once you start you no longer really crave the junk food. If you slip up, purge it by vomiting. Only buy things that are under 100 calories, supplement your cravings with diet soda and coffee.
Use a calorie app and check in with the ana community daily. Weigh yourself twice a day.
Once you see the number going down you'll feel more rewarded than you did while eating a bag of chips.

Yeah just calculate your TDEE, then subtract 500kcal. As you get super thin it'll be a small amount of calories per day, but, end up being like 1100-1200kcal minimum..not 400. And you'll be a lot less likely to binge or get sick or faint or all the other bullshit that happens eating super low calories.

Also you'll be better suited to keep your new weight because you'll have trained your body to eat the right amounts. If you eat too little to get to your weight it is hard to figure out what maintenance looks like visually ...

Nah.. I'm 6' 5" and 150lbs and I eat between 2000kcal and 2200kcal per day to maintain. To get there I never went below 1500kcal daily. So for you'd I'd expect a minimum of 2100-2200 for maintaining to be a similar BMI assuming you do nothing all day. Obviously you'd eat less to get there, like 1600kcal daily.. not below that.

Don't think manlet, we got a lot more body to feed.

I don't do snacks. I eat three meals a day but space dinner a bit earlier if I can so I don't get super hungry between lunch and dinner. If you need a snack put some raw veggies in a bag.. or some cheerios in a pinch.

Coke Zero, I have one in the morning and generally one at lunch. I'll probably get AIDS from drinking soda but I used to drink too much coffee so whatever.

If you are fat you don't need to starve, just use MyFitnessPal and drop 1-2lbs/week by calorie counting. TDEE - 500kcal deficit per day for 1lb/week, TDEE - 1000kcal deficit per day for 2lb/week.

You get used to eating smaller portions and your body needs less as you go down, I don't recommend dramatic changes but rather gradual ones.

Hey man. I started about where you are beginning of last year. Your TDEE is more like 2100, assuming you are sedentary, so I'd aim to eat between 1600-1700kcal to start. See how you feel and after a few months how much weight you've lost. If you are really strict about counting calories, I think you'll actually lose like 2lbs/week to start. That's what happened for me anyways.

After I got to 190lbs, then I went to 1600kcal and I'm still dropping a pound a week eating that at 166. I'm not very active either, just some walking at work.

I'll follow up next post with how it went for me (it's on my phone, was easier to type on desktop).

I hadn't even considered that angle; but yes, I do get overtly anxious when I return back home, be it because it is a subconscious return to the depression I experienced while there for three years (high school), or the anxiety that I'm shirking on my engineering assignments (which I am), and the fear that my mother and father are expecting something of me that I cannot achieve.

I beg them not to eat food, but I scout the house for snacks and food periodically when I'm here, despite knowing that I will retroactively regret it the next day (things like ice cream and cookies, which I never indulge on); however it is always the same scenario and I always fail- the easiest solution I reconcile is to just avoid the house altogether.

I'm just going to be honest and twill you that there is a height cut off for girls and it's usually just at 6'. Look at Amy models stats and the majority are just under 5'10" - just over 5'11". Those over are treated just like the girls who are 5'7". If you're phenomenal a la Karlie they'll work with you but otherwise...

As for waist size, the largest I've ever seen is 25". 26" doesn't cut it. Most girls are 23"-24". Even andro girls have 24".

And your butt has to be at most 35.5. Even that's pushing it but you're taller so they give some leeway.

I used to eat while watching shows I enjoyed. I stopped watching the shows, and this cut out the need to eat. Additionally, I started finding conscious satisfaction of skipping meals, holding out longer, rather than satisfaction of how something tasted. I also started really listening to my stomach and when it was full - I hate the feeling of it being full. Hope this helps.
