Genetics are the cards that you are dealt, and they are immutable. What you can do is take your current situation and improve it with effort and realism. Hitting the gym is always a good start, getting serious about grooming is a pretty damn important thing, and fashion helps if you don't go off and dress like most people want to on /fa/.

That said, that photo is a bit misleading - the Tom Cruise photo is from him in a movie where they intentionally made him look like that, and it's pretty damn obvious that Zac Efron has had plastic surgery.
