What time of day do you wake up

I hate the sleep schedule I got myself into

Usually wake up at either 6 or 8, depending on when class starts. I have insomnia so I never really fall asleep before 2 and lately it's been pretty bad and I get 2 hours of sleep max.

if there's class then i'll set an alarm for 8. otherwise i'll get up around 10:30

i go to sleep around 3-4. it's 430 now but not doing jack tomorrow

Unless you're out and doing shit staying up late is inarguably a waste of time since getting up early is useful for getting shit done.

I sleep at 10:30 nightly, and I wakeup at 6:30. This doesn't change on weekends except when I get days off every so often and can go out

usually sleep at around 10 am then wake up at like 5:30 pm
but don't really have a sleeping schedule just awake when I need to be

i woke up at about 9 pm and will probably crash at like noon? i dont even know anymore, this happens everytime im on a break from school

if i stay up past 1am, my schedule gets all fucked up.

Sleep at 22/23, wake at 10/11.
I need a lot of sleep.

depends if I have work or not.
If work I wake up at 4:30 am and usually fall asleep at 9-10 for next day.
If not work I usually wake up between 8-9 and fall asleep between 10-12

Hopefully I can get classes next quarter that all start late, because I get the most work done if I stay up late. This quarter though, I've gotten up around 8 and have to go to be around eleven or twelve.
