So I have been working out last spring and lost about 20lbs. I know it's not much but it's something. However lately have been on and off my work out. I'm really going to be committed now. I just wondering how long would it take to achieve this type of body. I was hoping by June or July. This is how I look now.
That's at least 2 years from your position especially if you've only lost 20lbs in almost a year(pro tip: that isn't much). For July I would just recommend cutting down to a low %bf without expectation of getting ripped or you'll just disappoint and lose motivation.

Your core looks quite weak, so it will take quite some time to get to >>10850637 natty, but if you want to get lean then do 1000-1500 kcal/day with running for 1-2 hours, and lifting for a bit.
