Are you or have you ever been fat or asian?
If not do you have a habit of overly walking on your forefoot?
Your best bet is working on your the rest of your legs so you'd be in proportion, and if thats the case you might as well work on your entire body.

At my highest ive been at 250, now at 190 cutting to 175 to lose the last few pounds. Since i used to be fairly fit at 250 (still could run a sub50 10km, played football although w/o caring about what i ate, my legs ended up muscular without a proportional top)
