buy another poo with zinc pyrithione like selsun salon. it's a good antifungal agent like the ketoconazole found in nizoral. then you can alternate between poos

some people get the best results by alternating the use of different antifungal agents.

the problem is that medicated dandruff poos will cause dryness. you might have white flakes (and not dandruff) on your scalp that are caused by a dry scalp.

use the normal, unmedicated poo the next day and apply some light conditioneer.

Well it worked when I used it for 2 days straight then i used a different shampoo and it came back

Nah just use it every other day. Otherwise it will dry your hair out and make it look like straw.

use medicated drops. anti dandruff shampoos dont work. scalpicin is pretty good but if you can, get your doc to prescribe the drops with benzoate in them, they work much better, about a thousand times stronger and you dont have to use as much.
