Okay man you've got seriously good features, but you have to trim and line up that stubble if you want to keep it. It looks like you like keeping the hair short so I'd suggest a low bald fade haircut like pictured, but with a little more drop to the back so it doesn't look like a high&tight.

Yeah, my eyebrows are probably what I hate the most about my body. I plucked them for the first time a few days ago, actually. I used to even some unibrow going. But I was scared to overdoit, so for example I didn't touch the upper side. Should I pluck the bottom more, or start working on the upper side?

The upper side is tad harder than the underside, overdoing it shows a lot easier there.
But the most critical thing here would be cleaning up the underside so that it would disconnect from your pupils. Your neutral expression looks kind of angry and confused because the eyebrow connects visually to your pupils. Check out some tutorials online how to shape them, it's mostly just finding starting and ending and the apex point by pressing a ruler to your face.
Also using your facial muscles more more shapes your neutral expression in to a more awaken and gentle look.

Thanks man, i do get really self-conscious and insecure at times but i try to distract myself whenever i realize it because it's really counter productive in every way. I don't really go out nowdays aside from uni work i have to do, and i was worried if i look okay for the job as i said. I only stop being pale or pinkish if i go out and stay in the sun regularly, then i can get tan but it goes away pretty fast if i don't maintain it.

also lol @ something as ambiguous/broadly defined, classic, and simple as an undercut being "played out". Shit's been a mainstay since the 80s AT LEAST, I literally cannot recall a time when they weren't damn near omnipresent at punk shows.

The manbun as defined by the recent trend (ie stupid-ass little knot/nub of hair at back of head) is totally done though. Men with actual long hair wearing actual buns is still fine and will always be fine, but stupid artschool shitbags with Samurai Jack hair are living in the past at this point.

I have a #2 sides and back, top bleached and been letting it grow a little, started middle part independent of /fa/ influence when it got too long to do a clean sidepart/line on either side. I liked it but was unsure, and got mixed reviews from the bitches.

The undercut is played out and has transitioned to a blended, tapered version of itself that's a little shorter on top and not as dramatic. It's going through phases and will eventually morph into something else.

I'm betting the next trend will be something messier as a reaction to these structured 1920's style haircuts with hard parts and combs.
The crappy thing is going to be the economic hurt on the barbershops and products that have built up around these styles, but maybe they'll be a more permanent staple as men go to barbers instead of salons regardless of the type of cut they want.

The answer is definitely not on /fa/ though.

For medium length hair, use very little medium-hold matte pomade, not gel.

You use very little of it and you use it on the ends of the hair (not the root).

Trust me - my hair is the thickest hair you'll ever see and it has a mind of its own, but some TLC and some matte pomade and it's doable.
