What wallet do you use /fa/?
In the market for new wallet. Need some inspo.
Cop or not? Layout is pretty much exactly what I want but not so keen on the branding.
Know any simple, decent bifolds?
Basically looking for one with 1-3 slots in each side. Pretty much a decent quality business card holder.
That one also had a note sleeve running along it which is nice, but not exactly needed.
CDG, recently got this one, its great, maybe a bit pricey for you but if you save up its well worth it
Yeah, because people buy a CDG wallet because of it's "high quality".
It's like buying a HQ turd. It's still a turd.
We all know you bought it because you hope that people will think you're doing well when they see you flashing that ugly piece of shit.
alright, enjoy your shitty i love ugly trash that falls apart in half a year
if you were shitting on their garbage offshoot lines like Play i would totally agree with you, but their wallets are actually one of the best things they make
kek so mad that I dissed your plain wallet
must suck after having spent all your savings on it
>tfw HQ CDG SUPER AWESOME WALLET
>tfw no money to store in it
now I just feel bad anon you made a great choice, I hope you're super happy with it
may plenty of pussy be bestowed upon you thanks to it
>tfw that's why I bought my wallet
>bitches love strokin' it
>tfw no face
I'm thinking of buying something from Bellroy. Anyone has anything from them? is it good?
I was gifted a black coach bi-fold wallet when I got my license years ago. Its just starting to show its age. Plus, they have a lifetime warranty. My father's wallet fell apart after many years of use, and when he went to buy another, a salesman took his ratty one, handed him a new one and sent him on his way. I cant imagine anything better.
Got this from my friends for christmas.
I like it a lot and the leather seems pretty strong.
had this wallet for two years
it darkens over time, sometimes i sand it down so its light again
Doesn't mean anything, Saddleback's 100 year warranty is known to be garbage and he just replies on Reddit saying that everything is abuse and his work is never flawed
It's an eBay company that got popular, he used to have amazing customer service but he's too big too fast now
shit I accidentally posted this as a thread
Extremely old wallet that my dad gave to me years ago after owning it himself for even longer. The brand is Day-Timer. I'm aware it's not very /fa/.
Copped this today on the way to work seeing as my shitty Timberland wallet I had was falling apart
this is my grail wallet, still not sure if it was an art piece or something or if it was actually sold
need to find somewhere to buy high quality leather and make it myself
my current wallet is holding up way too well but I want to get this item from local designers
I get complimented on the reg for this one
Rubbed some lipbalm into the leather to shine / soften it up since it's kinda raw looking
I like how small it is but it has two buttons so still quite thick...
15+ years old.
Spinneybeck leather. (The shit Knol uses)
Huh, mine isn't so sharp
Had it about 6 months. Seems to be holding up well. The pieces are all stitched and glued. There's one bit leaking here from the coin pouch, not sure if it is going to become an issue.
m8 you're on a fashion board. Most people on here buy generic things with an insane markup because of a logo.
Plain tshirts, jeans, sweaters etc. You could get them all for cheap, or you could splash out for something with better construction and materials with s branded name.
Had this CDG one for a couple of years. Perfect size for 4-5 cards in middle section and wrap notes around the outside. You can also throw a few loose coins in there as well. Leather ages well and seems like it's made to a high quality. Only costs about £50.
their blacked out weatherproof zip wallet is fantastic
looks simple, is well constructed, and functional as func
if you can afford their other wallets just save up for CDG honestly
Some guy once said he bought one off of ioffer, and showed pics and it looked decent.
I've had this thing for like 8 years. Still together even after being beat to shit with no care put into it. Not very /fa/ but more durable than I ever would have expected.
is it effay? i was thinking the driftwood one might be less boring but i'm not sure about it.
I have a 1 € wallet.
It was given to me as a goodbye gift from a kindergarten group I once did an internship in, before I started university.
It is REALLY fucked up now. Smells weird, dirty and scuffed af, but I can never throw it away. Sentimental value can't be bought.
This here is mine. I'm curious about what /fa/ thinks of it.
Just got my Margiela wallet in the mail today.
My last wallet was one my grandfather gave to me, but it's just so big, is stained, and I'm afraid of losing it.
Been using this Harley-Davidson wallet since I was in my early teens. The leather hasn't aged a bit. The fabric inside has started to rip however. Anybody know who I can take it to for repairs?
They must've gone up. I got mine a few years ago for £50. Shop around though
I have the same wallet in chestnut. The leather ages very well, right now mine has a deep red/oxblood appearance.
I restore it every several months by wiping it down with water. Good wallet all things considered.
I'm in the market for a new wallet and i'm having trouble deciding between these two.
