From a Colombian family, most cousins from Bogota and the country tend to over hype mall brands(Ralph, Levi, etc) so if there's a fashionable district, I haven't seen it.

Colombia might actually be one of the most UN-EFFAY countries on the face of this planet.

Columbians are far from being /fa/, the way they talk, wear neon colors, and the way they're easily noticed in the Abercombie/Adidas outlet by their dissonant and attention-whoring accents marks them as one of the most un/fa/ countries in the world.

Venezuelans are /fa/ as fuck; corruption everywhere, Givenchy stars on their flag, the existing wealth gap producing a dog-eat-dog society, and the civilians have a hell of a lot better accents
