How do you lose weight the /fa/ way if you blessed with skinny genetics? /Fit/ just wants to turn you into a lifting bro and get buff. pls help.

What I really want to know is how to gain weight the effay way.
Honestly, though, just go vegetarian and run 5k every other day. There are plenty of guides that'll take you from couch to 5k in less than 2 months.
I promise you this will work if you just stick with it, and it requires an average of only 15 minutes of effort per day (disruptions caused by diet change notwithstanding).
I started eating under 1000 calories a day, and now I eat under 630 which might not be the best. I exercise for 60 minutes 4-6 days a week. I was in rehab for a cocaine addiction and gained around 40 pounds and lost it in about 2 1/2 months by eating under 630 calories and exercising 60 minutes 4-6 days a week. I recommend 30 minutes of cardio, 20 of weights, and 10 of stretching.
