Hey /fa/ggots, help me out with something.
What kind of boots are these? also where to buy.
Also, Boots General.
those are some kind of monk strap shoe
doesn't look like they're boots
why did you make this thread
why didn't you just ask fuccboi general
>>10806708
look at the anklebone they're probably boots
>>10806722
do you not see the creasing of the socks at the ankle though
>>10806728
it's not the sock. it's probably made of flimsy material.
Looks like monks that go to lower ankle, maybe just some cowboy-ish buckle boots with how the leather transitions from solid to some strange flimsy shit in the upper
>>10806743
>>10806793
definitely socks imo
leather just doesn't do that unless it's cordovan or guidi/another designer brand has done something insane to it
>>10806821
Look at the heel of the boot on the left, I don't see why that wouldn't be showing the sock.
On a side note I think those boots/shoes whatever the fuck they are, are 4/10
>>10806846
autism alert
this is what I see
could be wrong, but I really don't see a leather boot creasing like that, and I don't think single monk straps are commonly used on boots
>>10806878
>>autism alert
Fuck off
Both plebe brands and designers throw random shit on shoes / clothing all the time
>fucking zippers on everything
>fucking buckles that do nothing
>laces and zippers and fucking buckles all at once
I think it's a different leather on the upper as previously stated, maybe some strange treated shit, maybe pleather, who knows? Clearly you and I don't.
>>10806898
calm down man I was calling myself autistic
>>10806899
Sorry /fa/m
Cop left or right?
Just snagged these for $175 because nordstrom was having a sale.
How'd I do?
>>10807255
Bad.
>that contrast stitching, lol
>that large sole
2/10
You copped overpriced timbs. Next time try Amazon, you'll save some money.
If you're looking for quality, maybe try some Alden cap toes, Allen Edmonds cap toe or wingtip, or Wolverine 1000 mile if you really like the look of those.
>>10807281
gotcha, thanks
Looking to get my first pair of boots.
These seem alright, Cop?
Also, other places to look?
Not looking for formal boots of course
>>10807443
honest I hate the way they look, but if you like them, sure
My boots. I think I'm set on boots for a while now. Maybe some distressed brown boots one day. Anyone know where I can find some?
Just got these. What do you guys think?
>>10807825
Noice. How are they? Good leather quality? Are they comfy? Also how much?
i was wondering... is it a good idea to NOT go for chelsea boots if i want my feet to appear smaller? because chelseas are usually rather pointy, aren't they?
i'm quite slim and tall as it is, so i'd like to work on compensating for that
>>10807839
Just after I post I realized that I wrote "got" and not ordered...
Anyway ordered these from zalando lounge for 85e (original price 200e).
They are Gant.
>>10807840
unless you have super wide feet, dont worry too much about the length. its hardly noticeable from others point of view.
the appearance of longer feet is pretty norm. with dress shoes and boots anyways. its when you have super wide feet and long ones that theres an issue... you end up looking like a clown.
>>10806698
ted baker??
>>10807861
cheers, i'll have that in mind
>>10807853
Okay. I'll keep an eye on those brotha.
>>10807443
I love my palladiums, they're comfy as shit!
>>10807304
just colour in the stitching m8, not bad
>>10807443
not a fan of the rubber toes but if you're in canada I saw a bunch on clearance racks at The Bay <$50
>>10807124
Left
What's a good pair of boots that can handle some rain too? A recent rainstorm really tested my sneakers and I've been meaning to get a pair. I was thinking maybe chippewa blacksmiths, or some weather ready chukkas. No more than 200 unless they can really justify the price, and can be worn casually and business casually.
Cop or not?
need these in my life
w2c plz
>>10809221
I'm iffy on them because of the toes yeah, and no I'm in the hot parts of the US
>>10810445
>JUST FUCK MY TOES UP
Looking for nice suede chukkas in Europe (Paris). Any ideas. I like dark brown but meermin and septieme largeur have stopped selling nice ones :(

>>10810833

About to buy these.. what think?
>>10810843
that sole is AWFUL
otherwise, the boot looks okay (kind of nonstandard compared to other modern boots)
Sizing on Doc Martens? Buying my first pair, 1460 Mono. Wear a 9 in Vans, Nike.
>>10806898
Buckle-core you say?
>>10812684
w2c Maison Margiela belt dress
>>10812684
>that well hidden visible thigh
love it
>>10808467
Do you think palladium baggy IIs are worth it? They'd be for everyday use, not for hiking or similar activities
>>10812684
Are teddy bears effay?
I've been thinking about getting a pair of chelseas, are chelseas in?
>>10807861

What if I'm pretty tall and more on the chubbie side, could I pull them off?
>>10810843

>>10810826

What do you think about these? I'm unsure about the quality of Royal Republiq anyone who has any experience? GRANA DERBY MIDCUT and 132 euros they are
Recently picked up these pants ( BBS ) and im looking for nice shoes that would work with them. I really like the look of the ones in this pictures. Do you guys have any recommendations? Thanks!
>>10810843
i bet walking in that is so fucking smooth. what are they
Should I buy these? Currently on sale. Not really a fan of the blue laces but laces are easy enough to change.
>>10809994
Quite nice. What will you wear them with?
>>10814573
I'm absolutely not a fan of those. You have the blue outsole, which isn't as easy to change as laces, and worse still is how the leather is all frankensteined together.
