Does /fa/ lift? If not, what is your fitness routine?
3x8 concentrated curls
3x8 free weight bench press
3x8 inclined free weight bench press
3x8 weighted decline crunches
3x8 standing free weight overhead press
3x8 free weight standing flies
time I go to the gym
ALT (if I have access to the racks, when I go its kinda crowded)
5x5 benchpress (barbell)
+ random selection from the previous workout
I am of belief that to be beautiful human you have to be lean at all times.
So common advice on fitness boards is to gain weight then cut weight , rinse and repeat.
So you end up looking lean like what? 3 months in the summer while looking peasant chubby for rest of the year fuck it?
I do Intermittent fasting every day that means when i finish eating i don't eat for 16 hours after that i eat in the window of 8 hours.
Lifting ? I lift three times a week.
Monday , Wed , FRIDAY.
Leg press , Shoulder Press , Dumbell bench press , Bicep curls and Pull-Ups .
3 sets of everything with 3 minutes between every set comes out to nice 60 minutes of time in the gym.
After work-outs i drink mass gainer protein shake with milk that's about 1200 calories , then eat one meal after that and maybe two sandwiches before my 8 hour window closes.
So what do i do that is truly exceptional? well Starting Friday when my eating window closes i fast for 40 hours and break fast on Sunday afternoon.
I am always lean , beautiful and improving.

I'm an ectomorph so I've always been pretty lean + noob gains and genetics.
My diet is absolutely pissening too so I'm gonna be a fuckwit and play the genetic card srs.

I average minimum 6 hours sleep
4L water daily, if I work harder and sweat noticeably more, I'll increase to 5-6L.
1g protein per LB bodyweight.
40min brisk walk DAILY
my job is physically demanding on the upper body so I have that advantage.
I cannot stress this enough though, go to the gym when it's least populated and start working out with the lowest amount of weight until you are 100% sure that your form is perfect. Watch youtube videos for guides, lifting heavy means fuck all if you're not contracting the muscles efficiently. Learn mind & muscle connection, start breathing into your stomach instead of your upper chest, if your shoulders rise you're breathing wrong.
Stronglifts 5x5 is cookie cutter in all honesty, you follow what they say and you're going to get as close to my results as possible, give or take genetic and environmental differences.

Haven't really done much all winter desu. Once spring comes I'll do a ton of work outside and play sports, but right now I don't do much physical activity outside of yoga, walking a couple miles to the grocery store and back every other day, and shoveling.
I don't mean this in a cunt way, but don't look at my body as if it's some hard to reach goal. You can achieve even greater, you have so much potential. Read up about caloric intake and expenditure, start some calisthenics exercises at home to build a nice foundation of strength. If you're comfortable going to a commercial gym then signup sooner rather than later and start having fun, enjoy the aches and pains for the first week or two as your taking control of your body and forcing it to sculpt into whatever beauty ideals you have in your own mind.

that has nothign to do with ego, there are a lot of people that eat just as many calories as you do, but they do intermittent fasting, only eating during one small window of time every day, stop being such a thoughtlessly edgy retard
I started lifting like 3 months ago 2h/day 5 days/week. I also became vegetarian at the same time and am very careful of what I eat. Never felt so great in a long time honestly. And since I am skinny as fuck (50kg for 174cm) gains started showing very quickly.
Btw, people at the gym are mostly fucking cool. I was not expecting that.
Thanks for the advice man but i don't know i was obese and i lost a shit ton of weight i'm now a skinny fat i'm not really satisfied but i'm happy in the same time because i didn't have any stretch marks or lamb skin but just a fine red line between my stomach because i lost weight very slowly 5 years but now i feel like i can't continue like 5 years non stop not a huge deficit but a small one to continue weight loss and i just stopped because i'm eating alot these days i'm gonna start some workouts programs that i downloaded ( insanity etc) but i feel like i no more have self control over the food i eat ...
