Is tucking your shirt into your jeans normal?
this image doesn't make any sense to me
yes

the top one is a "dress shirt", it is as you may see longer, usually different material too
>>12521603
yes :)
why are the 90s in fashion again /fa/
i see it goddamn everywhere and i need answers
I see it as a chance to redeem 90s fashion, since it was pretty terrible. People are looking through rose colored glasses, grabbing the good ideas from it, and making some nice looking outfits with a 90s feel.
Really though it's just that we live in a very jaded and nostalgic decade.

How do I do military inspired dress without looking like some 16 year old who's obsessed with the Marines or like some guy who just got out of the army?
It's a thin line.
>>12519528
No clue, but bumping for interest.
My old military style jacket is size XXL, I now usually wear size L.
>>12519528
bump. What's a good jacket like that but actually milsurp?
Also to answer your question OP (even though idk what I'm talking about), maybe stick to one piece except + combat boots

>Also to answer your question OP (even though idk what I'm talking about), maybe stick to one piece except + combat boots
I currently wear DMs (I know, more punk, but w/e) and I have a winter coat that makes me look like part of Stalin's inner party. I really like that sort of authoritarian look while still looking normal and not being a total LARPer.
what's your favourite Adidas ?

Pretty happy with my münchens.
Stan Smith “Slim” are one of my grails
Hey guys.
A little info on me; I weigh 55kg and I'm 177cm tall. I've always looked young, and I get carded on the reg.
Some people might enjoy this, but I'm not exaggerating when I tell you that my life has been constant hell because of this garbage. I've always feared confrontations and social gatherings as a result of being frail and youthful, and I'd like to change that.
How do I go about dressing myself so people consider me as an active 22 years old male?
>>12517323
Please /fa/.
>>12517323
>constant hell
22 is young as fuck bro. you're gonna get carded no matter what unless you look like a gargoyle just suck it up
maybe don't weigh 55kg at 177 cm
how bout that
also avoid eccentric colours and too many of them simultaneously, kids love dressing that way
Why does cav empt seem to be getting more expensive?
(Britbong so have to work price to dolla)
In 2012 a tee was £35/40, most recent collection they're about £90.
Is it an increase in production quality or sk8thing being a capitalist?
Pic semi related, my favourite C.E piece
>>12516796
because it has gained popularity, it's very simple
fashion houses and brands are businesses, you start with little to no name so you have to price your things accordingly, when you start gaining popularity and name, you can start reaping more profit
>>12516798
Wow that's fucking gay and stupid. Only k.e.k.s buy that shiet
>>12516801
>Wow that's fucking gay and stupid
No, it's called a fucking business
You have to start somewhere and when you are nothing but brand among others, you can't be asking as much as established ones with following and recognition, you build and develop the brand and gain your position.
You don't just start from the top and hope people buy in to it.
thinking about getting my first tattoo. i want it to be fairly simple like a shape or something that's minimal like pic related
>>12516352
If you're gonna get a tattoo find a design and think about it every day, even set your phone background to it.
Repeat looking at it for a year.
Look at it some more, maybe 3 years from now. If you want to be safe 5 years from now.
If you are not tired of it/think it looks great still get it.
Im all for tattoos and I love some of mine. But seriously nothing worse than finding one that you like this week and being stuck with it for life/until you fork over expensive laser removal
where would i place a marcus aurelius
I'm going to Italy with my family in July. It's the first time the majority of us has ever traveled across the Atlantic and for my parents, it's considered a once in a life time trip because they're getting too old to do all of the hiking my sister (the only one who has been to Italy) says needs to be done in order to really "absorb" the culture.
This trip has prompted me to search for a new pair of shoes that would be good for all of the urban trekking. I'm sure she is exaggerating but I'm still going to take advantage and get my gibs.
I found these boots and I think they would be great. They were made with sand-nigger combat in mind so they are very breathable and I have seen nothing but great things about it.
I'm really considering buying them but I would appreciate any and all thoughts/impressions of the boots and if you have any suggestions.
TL;DR
>Is tactical effay?
>>12515950
Here is the 6" variant if the 8" is too big for you to handle. I would prefer the 8" because it has a hidden pocket so I would be able to carry a spare prepaid visa card and some cash in the event that I get pick-pocketed. The added ankle support is also a plus.
I did discover the 6" first and I still my get it anyway when I get the money, but that is a little down the line.
>>12515950
My buddy had a pair and they blew out in about four months. But they are probably more than adequate for your purpose. You're going to look like autistic as fuck though.
>>12515950
So, for a while, before they where banned because of AR-670-1, I was in the Nike Special Field boots. These where great and all, lightweight, breathable, they dried off easily, It was a comfortable boot. They lasted me about a year before I had to get a new pair, but they did the job. Plus you can get them in black, sage, tan, coyote, and tan. It gives you more options if you don't want to look like a sperg.
Advice for a minimal wardrobe? We can make this a general for other people looking to downsize.
What are the essentials for a minimal wardrobe with enough of a variety for casual, formal, and athletic fits? Here's what I have in mind (some of this i have, some of this i plan on getting):
tops
>off-white casual button-down
>a few light-colored tees
>flannel
>dockers button down
bottoms
>stonewash levi's 501s
>black shorts
>black slim slacks
>gray joggers
shoes
>white chuck taylor hi-tops
>black nylon docs
>black dress shoes
outer
>navy anorak
>gray zara blazer
>a couple of sweaters
>light jacket
>carhartt beanie
anything you'd add/remove? I'm moving into a new place next month, and I want to take a lot less clothes with me lol
>>12514882
This list is fine at best but the brands are garbage, like carhartt beanie? Why? Why not an acne face beanie? Why levis jeans if you can do apc, acne, or anything else? Did you really suggest a Zara blazer or converse as essentials to a wardrobe? Jesus.
>>12514889
They got a point to some extent
If you want to go truly minimal, you could ditch the dress shoes, and wait until there is an occasion you actually need dress shoes -- then purchase them
Converse are for children, and doc martins are meme shoes
jeans are for middle schoolers and construction workers
>>12514895
Why the fuck would someone on a minimal wardrobe not own a pair of jeans?
Last one has gone to the great catalog in the sky. Post watches.
Posted this last thread. Someone said "he actually bought one." Don't know why. Please inform me of my mistake.
Anyone here ever used trustytime? Poorfag here and I've always wanted an Omega. If I could get a decent replica for less than $200 I might be down.
>>12503953
>Poorfag
It's a meme watch
Can we get some sort of small town America core
Wear exclusively Walmart and Target clothes.
Small towns don't generally have more stores than that.
OP was probably looking for an "expensive but looks poor"-core.
>>12521577
OP obviously meant Film/TV small town america core
those clothes are specifically tailored and very often designed for the characters, you won't find a Stranger Things, Twin Peaks, etc. wardrobe at target
ITT: the least effay part of your body
Pic related - my teeth
>>12521386
Atleast you don't have an underbite. My teeth are straight; they just align poorly when I close my mouth which pushes my jaw forward.
Years of hard drug abuse and neglect. My teeth are atrocious. They look ok from far, but they are all full of fillings, and no enamel. also 3 crowns, 2 bridges
What is the worst is that my father is a dentist. Well, was a dentist in USSR.
