For those who do this, how do you make sure you don't end up wasting money because things look different/ feel different than expected once they arrive?
Occasionally I'll see something online that would be too difficult to go and try on in store because of distance, but I've never actually bought something online just because I know how bad it could go. Especially with more expensive items.

I'm thinking of investing in some off-white sneakers and I really like the chuck Taylor 70's and/or CDG PLAY style. I just can't decide wether to buy the low or high tops. What do you guys think?? Just got out of high school; was salutatorian and had great marks but I really appreciate fashion as an art form. How screwed would I be if I were to go into fashion and try to "make it?" What's the ideal path?
