What are some super cute and/or badass, stylish heavy winter clothes for men? I want to save up a lot of money, like maybe up to 500 dollars for something. I usually just use this thick wool lined hoody with a wind breaker over it for really windy, cold weather. Otherwise I use a black denim Levi jacket or a laundromat oxford sweater. I also have this tattered navy pea coat which is fun to wear sometimes.
I was thinking about maybe a leather jacket, but I don't think they make those really weather proof. All the weather proof stuff I see looks really utilitarian.
Basically, does anyone have any ideas?
I couldn't find anything else vaguely related for the Op picture on my phone, and I'm lazy. Sorry.

I need basic t shirts. Something a bit nicer, v neck, slim fit and/or striped. I got a few pairs from H&M and they actually shrunk a couple sizes, a couple of the pairs that I washed.
