Is Levi's shit or is it just the fact that I was at an outlet where they don't offer their higher end lines?

YES actually I have a recommendation. was using a bastard cheapo shit trimmer for ages until I tried BaByliss for Men Super Hair Clipper from amazon. £36 comes with a load of different lengths, it's quiet as fuck, smooth as fuck, and even has like 0.5mm of manual adjustment to the default razor. great for super close shaves or maintaining any length.

I shave my head as close as I possibly can because of my just fuck my shit up tier hairline.

The problem is even when I shave it as short as I can, my retarded hairline is still clearly visible.

Aveeno Pure Renewal Shampoo and Conditioner. If you are only shampooing and not conditioning its no wonder you have a dry scalp. Visit /r/haircarescience for more info.

Other misc tips: stop taking long showers, stop turning the water to 1000 degrees, stop shampooing every day, start drinking more water - all important to combat dry scalp. If all else fails, you will have to look for a dandruff shampoo.
