You will need to install libxml2-utils, jq, liblockfile-bin (assuming Debian here) and provide a mail/pass. If you want thumbnails, add --write-thumbnail to the youtube-dl call or its configuration file (~/.config/youtube-dl/config).

The script will save videos to the current directory unless you configured youtube-dl otherwise. Multiple copies can be run, each watching a different set of tags.

Good news is that the first day they were worth an additional dollar of income, which is about half the server's cost per day.
