Cheapest way is to just buy an ex business i5 off eBay 2 to 3 hundred, then buy a new power supply and a graphics card for it probably a 960 they go for less than 300

My work just sold some xeons and i5s comps for $30 CAD. If I were you I'd poke around the classifieds and or email hr departments of offices around the city (possibly places with IT centered stuff like programmers and servers).

You can probably get a steal of a deal. Otherwise go watch a linus cheap build video. Also fuck /g/ what happened to that place ?
