I've seen enough failed drain lines and drainage issues in houses to know you should put as little as possible down your kitchen drain. Its a garbage disposal, but over the years it WILL slowly get clogged and could be avoided if you didn't use it as a trash can.

If its wet organic material like pulp and you're doing it regularly, make a compost bucket and use it on your flowers or garden.

If you're in an apartment and give no fucks, then yeah use it as a receptacle for anything that will fit and drain.

Totally fine, just run water when you dump it down so it makes it past the P-trap otherwise you're going to have fruit flies like a mother fucker. Also if it sits in the P-trap for a few days if you don't run the water for some reason it might harden.
