I want to control a DC motor using Raspberry Pi and a L239D microcontroller, like in this page:
https://learn.adafruit.com/adafruit-raspberry-pi-lesson-9-controlling-a-dc-motor?view=all
I saw in other webs that is recomended to sold a capacitor on the motor to supress noise.
Do I need do that, even if I use the microcontroller?

yes, especially if you use a microcontroller or raspberry pi. Capacitors cost like nothing man. Oh an the L239D is a motor controller, it amplifies the signals from the raspberry pi into something that can power a motor.
You should connect the +vmotor pin though.the RPI power is not used to control the motor
