I'd like to know if anyone has experience with isomalt sugar?
I'd like to cast a slab of white non-translucent isomalt (about 55 per 80 per 3 cm). I found online that Cakeplay makes white isomalt ready to be melted in the microwave, which would be easier to use, but it's pretty expensive and I need lots of it to fill my cast.
Does anyone know how I can produce a great quantity of white matte isomalt with a limited budget?
