I dunno, anyone as dumb as OP would have a hell of a time making the mold for the fiberglass shell, much less reliable mechanisms beneath.
if you want to build a thing that lives in space, build a cubesat.
if you want to build a rocket that gets into orbit, you're daft. Your goal should be reaching 30km, which is still really hard.

If you use the term "vehicle" liberally enough, that is.
You could build a clone of the russian soyuz module for a few hundred thousand dollars and pay some organisation to launch it for you. They're quite small and much simpler than that shuttle orbiter pictured.
Step 1: Be Elon Musk.
Step 2: Start multi billion dollar per year aerospace company.
