Along with those two there's also Dave from EEVBlog.
And then there's a little sea of car /diy/ channels. I'd recommend Eric the car guy.

yeah. I have to agree on Dave from EEVBlog.
That being said, his tool reviews are pretty good if you take them with a bit of skepticism. Also, on the odd chance that he does a lesson or tutorial he does it pretty good, and his forums aren't a terrible source for content and information either.
So yeah, good content on occasion on his channel, although lately he seems to care more about high end products and showing his fucking mailbag.
