>>
Have those in my closets and can't find new bulbs anywhere. Thinking it's something they stopped making. Been having to just steal bulbs from closets we don't use
>>
>>1095669
so you can't find any newer ones?
>>
>>1095671

Home Depot should have those replacement CF's, made by Phillips.
>>
>>1095757
ausfag no home depot
>>
>>1095659
The writing on the side of the bulb base tells you what it is.
>>
>>1095808
Hes an ausfag. They can't read.
>>
You might want to consider replacing the fixture for something with a more common socket since those fluorescent lights are yesterday's technology and will be harder and harder to get. Led bulbs will be more energy efficient too.
>>
Isn't that called a PL?
>>
>>1095659
Wow, you Aussies are obsessed with safety, aren't you?
That's pathetic.
>>
>>1095933
Indeed. Putting in something that will accept LED lights could save OP a lot of money and pollute a lot less.

> yesterdays technology
Fluoro lights are only improving, tri phosphor tubes are relatively new and beat the shit out of led for spectrum.
People moaned like a bunch of animals about fluoro for no reason but fucking gobble up leds like a hungry hungry hooker I don't get it. Oh the flicker is hurting my eyes oh the colour is terrible oh I'm getting headaches. Fucking newsflash high frequency drivers are expensive those leds from the dollar store are a Chinese special and aren't smooth like a baby bottom they are flickering just like a tube does.

Anyway what the fuck do your lamps all have different bases?
In the UK we had some fucking retarded shit where new houses had to have a certain percentage of energy saving lighting forced on the owner, typically the hall light had a mongoloid socket for a specific kind of energy saving fluoro tube. Like one light in the whole house that was it. Fucking politics makes me sick. Then they made selling incandescent bulbs illegal to sell anyway so what was the point? There wasn't one at all just force people to fit a proper pendant in their biscuit tin paper box mirror image blueprint laminate floor built on a flood plane 'house'

Make sure you check that the replacements are 2-pin as well. Newer fixtures will take 4-pin lamps that are the same shape and wattage.

Any electrical or lighting wholesaler will have them. Some only sell to tradesmen though so call ahead.
>>
>>1095659
Just replace the fixture, it will be easier and cheaper in the long run.
