TL;DR SKYRIM SEXMOD GUIDE (this is what's worked best for me)

1. Get a Nexus account and a Loverslab account. Say out loud, "More mods, more problems." Keep it as simple as possible.

2. Explore Loverslab. Pick ONE (1) major sex mod. My favourite is "Sanguine's Debauchery enhanced (SD+)", which replaces game overs with enslavement/rape/bondage. (You'll soon realize that "one mod" is actually "one hundred mods".)

3. Set aside a day or two for trial-and-error.

4. Do a fresh install of Skyrim.

5. Download the Unofficial Skyrim Patch (and unofficial patches for whichever DLC you've got)

6. Google "TES5edit cleaning" to learn how to make your game more mod-friendly.

7. Install the mod and all its prerequisites. If you picked Sanguine's Debauchery (for example), after following their instructions you'll have installed a fuckload of tools, body mods, and other sex mods.

8. Test it out. Run around and see if major mechanics are working. If it works, start a new game and spend 2 hours making your character.

9. If everything is working, further meddling could fuck it up. If I'm feeling lucky I'll install some extra clothing mods or something. (And it's best to start a new game each time you add a new mod.)

10. OPTIONAL: Get one of those "Live Another Life" or "Alternate Start" mods so you can skip the opening. Also, boost the difficulty and never fast travel. Going on foot (or stealing a horse) turns every journey into a heartpounding effort to avoid enslavement. Using a food/drink mod gives you extra incentive to steal (and get bounty hunters sent after you) but I prefer using "house rules" like "I can't use magic/weapons unless I eat 10 food items every 24 hours". (Remember: too many mods can be dangerous...)

I've never tried the dom mods (where you enslave npcs, your companions, etc), but they're out there.

As a sub, Sanguine's Debauchery is my top favourite. It's constantly being updated and it pushes a lot of my buttons.

I also really liked Prison Overhaul (look up "Prison Overhaul V033 Patches" to get the latest shit), where getting arrested leads to you being put in the stocks, whipped, publicly humiliated, marched through town naked, that sort of thing. I found it less stable than Sanguine, though. I once tried to run both mods at once and my computer melted.

Sexlab is what causes an awful lot of the instability when running; it stretches the Papyrus engine in ways it ain't used to. It's what causes the "Pure virtual function call R6025" crashes. Other fun Papyrus issues cause crashing upon game load.

While it's extra work for something that should be part of the game, you could use an xinput program to set certain inputs to an xbox controller (especially given how you can use the joysticks for additional commands on top of using the buttons).

It should cover most of the common words and prompts you need.

Example:

Sanguine's allows NPCs to enslave you if they beat you in combat.

Still, the general point is that you don't have to be a "privacy freak" (I mean, if you are serious about, you are going to be using all sorts of extra layers) to find that compulsory registration to any kind of site only to get basic read-access rights to be at least obnoxious by today's standards.
People will just create throwaway accounts anyway and you'll have millions of dead accounts taking up server space from people who only registered a few times (or only do for downloads).

I'll have to try Captured Dreams again. I mostly used Sanguine as a "game over" mechanic while playing through other quest lines. I supplemented Skyrim's plot with my own imagination and protagonist backstory, i.e. find reasons to get in danger.

From the FAQ:
"The Master will have needs that have to be satisfied daily (gold, sex, food by default, and later, custom needs depending on certain factions, such as firewood, ore for Master at a mine or mill, blood for vampires, etc.)."

Also, you can try to buy your freedom through whoring. Turning on "Gold for the Wicked" in the setup menu. There's a sexy dance spell and stuff.

After getting caught by the guards (I usually play as a thief/assassin-type) I'd fast travel naked/unarmed to the nearest bandit camp and let them take me as an indentured sex servant of sorts. (I did this after I started having trouble with Prison Overhaul.)

p.s. The demonic Sanguine dreams are meant to be a sequel to the actual vanilla Sanguine quest. Not sure if that makes it any different. I never got too far before melting my computer by blindly installing more mods.

4) Set the weights for the female schlong and female-noschlong appropriately. If they're set to the same number, then half of your females will have a dick. If you have your schlong set to 15 and your no-schlong set to 45, then you get a 1:3 ratio of dick:nodick, and so on. You can also manually set the schlong you like for any particular NPC or your PC.

5) You probably want to have SexLab treat shemales as male. For just your PC you can set this in the SexLab MCM somewhere IIRC. For NPCs, I recommend just using SexLab Eager NPCs: http://www.loverslab.com/topic/50483-sexlab-eager-npcs/ ; if you set everything right in the MCMs then initiating the SLEN dialogue will set any character with a dick to male for animations (you don't have to actually try to sex them via SLEN, just initiate the dialogue).

If you're having problems where your schlong is interfering with your armor then use Schlongs of Skyrim 2.05 instead of the newest version, it changes some things with armor slots.

Honestly, I love slave management games. What I always wished for was something akin to Hentai HighSchool, where you can corrupt a school/university or whatever other setting and make everyone your bitch. The actual management of the school and the corruption are great pluses. The game feels lackluster, though, due to use of those shitty graphics (paperdolls).

I've been working on a small twine game about training a single slave (appearance, backstory, personality, etc is chosen by the player). I'm planning to have a bunch of different endings depending on what you do to your slave.
