Its a start. You've got a way to go, sure. Look at lots of refrence pics. I like that you included the throat detail but that cookie cutter uvula has got to go. The upper lip/teeth looks a lot better than the lower. Saliva looks neat. Ears and nose need work too, though thats less vore-specific.
