They're probably not going to deal with their mosaic problem anytime soon. Those laws pretty much existed before the war in one form or another. Especially since no politician wants to be the "porn" guy/girl. But Japanese adult artists managed to cut out a pretty deep foothold for themselves in Japan's cultural and economic industry. Its very existence has proven beneficial to the official works they parody. There's just so many of them, man and woman, and they pull in such large numbers that killing it could damage the industry as a whole.

Honestly it seems like Korean adult artists have only started cropping up recently. The oldest I can remember that was effected by Korea's recent bullshit was CousinAnon. And he made his appearance around 2010-2011, not that long ago. Unfortunately it seems like a "too little, too late" situation for Korean porn artists, and unless there's another movement similar to the June Democracy Uprising it's only going to get worse for them.
