The easiest way to get into ball pumping is to get a large glass jar and a bit of thin of tubing, like 2mm diameter is what you want.

Lotion up your balls and dick, then stick them in the jar, and the jar's mouth should fit comfortably around the base of your package.
Now slip the tubing into the jar and suck on it to create a vacuum.
Once you have a good vacuum, pull the tubing out.
Don't suck to hard or you'll give your dick a hickey or worse.

Yeah, I had it tied off while I was filling up to keep it all in the same location. I actually use these really wide rubber bands that I layer up 3-4 of. They arent too tight, but are enough to keep the saline from migrating. They work great. So I finally went and did it. Procured myself an empty jar, baby oil and tubing and tubing and pumped my balls in. After cleaning thoroughly all components, we put the mouth of the jar on top of the tray. With the sharpie, we draw on the tray a circle around the mouth of the jar. We remove the jar and ready our silicone pistol.

What we want to do is make a thick silicone donut using the circle we have drawn as a guide, as smooth as possible. It should be fairly big as we will probably have to trim it once it's done, so make it about an inch tall and thick. I've found that using no tip works best for creating a smooth shape; using thin strands of silicone might leave gaps or bubbles inside (not good). We get our flat surface, dampen it with water (to reduce the chance of it sticking to the caulk) and gently flatten the donut against the tray with it. Upon removing the tray the outermost layer might have stuck at points to the surface, leaving "spikes", so we will use the baby napkins to smooth those.

Now we leave the donut to dry for about 24 hours. This is where the hollow tray comes in handy, as we can leave it upside down to minimize the amount of ambient dust sticking to the donut.

At this point we check our donut by slightly lifting one side from the tray. The donut should have dried completely, with the exception of an inner "ring" still stuck to the tray. Without that fresh "ring", we already have a great shape, so we remove the donut and wash off the inner ring (pic related is the product at this stage).

We give it another few hours to allow the gasket to dry completely. Finally, we only need to carefully trim the inside of the gasket, leaving no indentures, until our privates fit snugly and comfortably inside. Put the hollow side against the jar and pump away.
