/trash/: when you hit rock bottom, it's only up from there
First for Avenger Ruby!
Out of all the new girls Introduced this volume, who would you wanna Spend Valentine's day with?
post your face when
>Atlas somehow saved Pyrrha's Soul/Dust/Ashes into a container and plans to make them into super A.I soldiers
>Team RNJR learn if this and must infiltrate Atlas to get it back
>Ozpin is alive and accompany them because its fucking dangerous
>Pyrrha gets Robot body and everything
>Ruby somehow saw Penny's Capsule and uploads it into Pyyrha's new body which is Penny + Pyrrha combined
>Jaune and Ruby has to share Penny/Pyrrha
>Weiss responds to break in but joins and becomes Team PPOW+RNJR
>M&K finds a clever way to bring back 4 characters without just pasting them out of no where
>Team PPOW+RNJR literally becomes Power Rangers
I really hope Neo comes back at some point, I really liked her
There's also Neo, but with how often her eyes change color it'd be hard to tell for certain.
We have three pieces of official art for Mercury. His original concept here, where his eyes aren't really drawn.
The more recent concept shown after the flashback episode, where it's more distinct but not in a large enough resolution to tell anything.
And the official volume 2 poster, eyes pictured here. Left is Ruby, right is Mercury, they looks to be almost the same color.
Requesting a webm of the part where Pyrrha gets shot with the arrow and the part where she gets disintegrated.
Also other parts of her fight with Cinder is possible
>Pyrrha alive at all
Get that shit out of here
Is Pyrrha religious? Because it looks like she attended Ash Wednesday,
>Actually kind of upset that a fictional character died in a webseries
Is there a afterlife in RWBY? She doesn't deserve to have this kind of ending. God, I'm honestly asking if there's a fictional afterlife for a fictional character. That's so pathetic.
>non-sponsors squirming in anxiety at seeing everyone refer to Salem but not having a clue who she is
It's almost arousing seeing them panic
On an unrelated note, did they really get a professional voice actor for Amber but barely use her?
I see. That's probably because your player doesn't support TS files very well.
I want to suggest using FFMPEG to convert it to MP4 or something, seeing as it looks like it'll take a bit of time for this download to finish.
Actually, see if this works?
>Neo shows up next season.
>This is her disguise.
>None of the characters see past it.
Chaptcha is ice cream. Awww yeah.
The best ending of all is a happy ending that is earned. A happy ending that comes at the end of struggles that push the heroes to their limits--and beyond. An ending where the heroes put every ounce of their blood, sweat, and tears into seeking that impossible victory...and they succeed.
it's like y'all have never played a vidyagame on a higher difficulty level.
Wait, how did anyone else even know Pyrrha died and wasn't just missing/kidnapped?
There was no body, Ruby was knocked out immediately and the only other person who saw it happen was Cinder who may or may not have even survived Ruby's eye bullshit.
Ruby should've woken up and had to deliver the bad news to Jaune and everyone else.
Better question is, are they actually paying Jen Taylor for this, or is 343 continuing the proud Bungie tradition of using Rooster Teeth as almost free advertising?
it's because she was the purest
literally every other character has SOME corruption or super strength. Ruby is hyper intelligent, Wiess has family power, Yang is strong, Blake used to be bad, Ren and Nora have each other and are pretty OP, Jaune has self determination
Pyrrah was just a good fighter thrust into something she never wanted
Well, the Greeks would have it that she died a hero I'm sure, so she gets to chill in the Elysian Fields, which is actually pretty nice and not boring at all like Asphodel.
On the other hand, Pyrrha makes a pretty spiritual speech when she unlocks Jaune's aura too, that's probably important.
You know, I think basically every culture who has writing or a preserved tradition has a story of a Journey to the Underworld
>Strange silent girl joins the team
>keeps trying to kill Ruby in her sleep
Happy Valentine's Day, Pyrrhafags.
- Love, Pennyfags.
Didn't Qrow say that Silver eyes in general is a special trait among hunters?
Fucking Merc I swear to god
Pyrrha was the most skilled fighter of all the first years and was winning four on one fights with other first year students. She had her advantage it just wasn't enough because she didn't listen to the more experienced huntsman and go for help, instead she opted to fight someone alot stronger and more experienced then herself.
Her fate was brought about because of her own choices.
a Jaune-y if you will
but also lets remember he's modeled after Joan of Arc
the person who rose up and finally won a long standing battle. Overrunning the forces and winning once and for all
So place your bets here,
why is Salem such a massive edgelord?
>Pyrrha had no super strength
wot. she was lady magneto and was a champion athlete & celebrity.
also, ren seems pretty far from OP, he's never displayed the kind of fighting skill that most other major characters have. the only time he's actually shown any kind of talent was when he was being used as an exposition prop in volume 1
I'm sort of sad, too. Pyrrha had so much going for her. She literally had her entire life ahead of her and it was tragically cut short. Her friends and family don't even have her body to offer her the proper burial.
Everyone knows that Adam is the king of edge. Salem is just mad because Ozpin wouldn't tap that ass back in the day.
That's literally the most insulting and depressing thing about all of this.
Cinder didn't do that to anyone but Pyrrha. Deny her the rite of burial? Not even ashes to bury?
What the edge, Cinder.
He said that the legend predates hunters altogether.
I guess a family of assassins would qualify as "warriors", considering that Mercury ain't big on subtly.
>Ruby's mom was killed
>Neo's fake dad was killed
>Mercury killed his own dad
Adam just needs to complete the set.
Indeed, Pyrrha's hubris brought her to her own fate. But death is not a hunter unbeknownst to his prey. She walked that path of her own free will. Only she can answer if the result was to her satisfaction.
She used to be a good person but some shit went down and rather than become a martyr, she made herself into a villain. She blames ozpin for turning the people against her and won't rest until the humanity that forsook her for a false peace burns to ashes.
Jeff said that it will be around the same time at the dvd release... So around May
Chaptcha is ice cream. AGAIN.
Cinders? Pretty sure her ability is to shatter/reform.
I see no flame in Pyrrha's death, only a yellow hue, no fire about that.
Seems like a disintegration more like.
And why didn't Cinder do that to literally every other foe she's beaten?
>Stabbing Cinder of all people for no fucking reason
>Not stabbing Ruby
>Ruby is kinda sad when Penny dies
>Ruby screams and goes berserk when Pyrrha dies
Fucking Ruby, I thought they were friends.
Nah, there's two, maybe three maximum irony ends for Cinder.
She should stand gloating in victory before Ruby relocates her heart and most of her chest cavity a couple feet behind her from a mile off.
Somebody must apply either her own power or her own arrow against her, preferably right to her smug face.
Or Salem betrays her and leaves her to crawl in the dirt wondering what she was even fighting for.
Cinder does not yet have my permission to die
i hate this intro even more now
Someone explained why Ruby and Penny wouldn't be all that close of friends weeks ago.
Basically it was that if you think about it, Ruby and Penny probably spend about two hours together.
As in total.
>And why didn't Cinder do that to literally every other foe she's beaten?
Cinder has only beaten 1 person really and that was amber, who got saved by Qrow.
>Pretty sure her ability is to shatter/reform.
Then what the fuck do you call this?
Pyrrhafags should take solace, their waifu's suffering is probably at an end. She was too good for this sinful Remnant.
For yangfags, our waifu's suffering persists.
I think it's likely that they stayed in touch in between the times they met--Ironwood didn't want Penny wandering randomly around the city, but it didn't exactly seem like she was under MAXIMUM SECURITY NO OUTSIDE CONTACT WHATSOEVER either.
Could be because Pyrrha had the gal to stand upto her at full strength.
Or it could be it wasn't convenient the white fang she wanted on her side turning them to ash would not have helped. Amber was irrelevant at the time, so her energy was better conserved. But Phyrra stood upto her after she won.
She may have just not wanted a body nearby well gloating on victory.
Or it may be as simple as she wanted to be ruthless.
>After Cinder's defeat Jaune wanders off into the wastelands to get himself killed.
>Masters the art of running up to huge shit and climbing it.
You can't NTR a dead person Anon. Unless she's maybe a ghost?
Voyeur ghost Pyrrha smut incoming
Also Ruby is an infinitely better choice than Cinder
I still can't believe they actually killed her. Pyrrha was part of the main cast, she was a member of the second most important team in RWBY. I honestly now wonder how JNPR will cope with losing their Ace. It would be like losing Yang for RWBY.
Will they eventually suggest and seek a replacement for Pyrrha? Is Jaune fine with all this, or is he still riddled with guilt, grief, and remorse of how things turned out? Will Nora be able to retain her optimistic, cheer nature, especially when we know she sees her team as literal family? I don't know much about Ren.
If Yang's eyes are a mix between her two parents, red from Raven and blue from Tai, it is completely possible there will be two sides to her semblance.
If there is a purple to red change that works from anger and damage, it's possible that after seeing Tai Yang is calm and such, that there could be a blue side to Yang's semblance, which will be harder for her to use due to her natural temperament.
It wouldn't be a stretch, as Weiss' summoning came out of nowhere, Blake learnt to use dust with her semblance and Ruby awoke her silver eye powers, so a progression to Yang's power is in the cards.
It could just be a more refined use of strength, possibly reflection or just like a less ferocious blue fire instead of the raging red fire, it could even be healing for all we know and the cop-out to get yang her arm back, based on healing damage she takes as opposed to redirecting it outwards.
I just hope yang's lack of development isn't a sign that this is the end of her importance in RWBY, her name is in the title after all.
Well it's still filthy. Have some respect for the deceased. Its not even mutilation of the deceased, its just straight denial of tradition. Fucked up yo. That's just asking for karma to kick you in the groin.
I can see why she did it but fucking edge as fuck.
the finale was kind of disappointing, ozpin barely got any screentime, Weiss did nothing this episode, Pyrrha dying infront of Ruby was generic, the ending was weak and is only there to lead onto the next volume
her design reminds me of one of the original seasons
>It would be like losing Yang for RWBY.
They did lose Yang though, her arm is gone she won't be fighting for a long time perhaps never again.
>Yang takes on the crippled support role.
Nora basically viewed Jaune and Pyrrha as her OTP ship kiddos.
Imagine how fucking crushed she is. "Why didn't I push Pyrrha to just kiss the damn guy."
Uuuuuugh I can't handle it.
>there will be two sides to her semblance.
>She creates portals by punching holes through space and time
Anyone noticed how Velvet looks like she's wearing a Diaper
I know it's supposed to be short pants, but now, all I see are diapers
You see it too, don't you
We've only really seen Cinder once without at least 50% maidenhood, during which the only ability she used was probably Dust based (since we see her first throw glass in the show by using a Dust canister). She also weaves Dust into her clothing, which tends to light up when she generates her weapons and throws fire from her hands.
Narratively, Dust serves a function similar to magic - but is not magic. It has a well understood function with material limitations. Cinder with magic may use abilities similar to ones she mastered using Dust. Of course, we know from Blake that you can mix Dust and Semblance.
>I still can't believe they actually killed her.
I'm the same way. JNPR was nearly as important as RWBY. I just can't fucking believe Pyrrha's dead.
Strangest part is that I've been calling her death since episode six. I guess deep down I didn't really expect it after all.
What the fuck is wrong with me?
I have made literally nothing but jokes when Penny and Pyrrha died but Roman's confirmed death is physically painfull.
It's true, because deadPyrrha would be conflicted between being happy for Jaune and Ruby, having moved on. While at the same time, she would be hurt that she couldn't be with Jaune.
This is the kind of suffering I want to see.
I like the sounds of this.
>Yang will never fight again and supports people verbally.
Cinder got at least 50% of an instant karma for killing Pyrrha though. Cinder was undone by her own hubris - she awakened the silver eyes and for once in the show, Cinder was Hindered.
With armed guards on either side of her
Are you literally blind or is this just bait?
Because it's a upgrade based on bullheaded stubbornness, which Jaune has in fucking spades.
You're not styling your way up those fucking Colossi. You're holding on for your dear life and slowing climbing up hoping your grip strength lasts.
Jaune would fall the fuck off, thank the gods he has aura and run up and try again.
I noticed this. All through the past Volumes people kept saying how she was totally gonna die under the weight of her death flags. Then sometime this volume, it just stopped. I guess enough bad shit had already happened that no one thought they'd do it, at least not this volume. And then BAM, suckerpunch. Hilarious really that just when the death predictions slow down it really happens.
>>These Nuts and Dolts fags who still cling to their delusional ship
>Not just accepting White Rose
>Implying White Rose faggots aren't delusional as well
I know this is most likely bait but you're retarded no matter how you look at this.
Merc simply negates her power with his special eyes
JNPR is probably done for, and it's likely for a symbolic reason. There's a few traditions where you burn juniper to protect a household or place from malevolent forces.
JNPR hasn't lost it's last member yet.
i get a Nyarlathotep vibe from her, i hope thats the case
Jesus, Pyrrha's death was overkill. She was shot twice, then burned to ashes. The arrow to the heart was enough, but Cinder just had to show everyone she meant business by making sure none of Pyrrha will be left to gather.
Fuck I read that as Adam Sandler at first
>One night Summer's ghost appears in front of Ruby
>"I have come to give you advice from beyond the grave."
>"Will you finally tell me about what happened to you? Or these eyes? Or maube just what's really goin on?"
>"No. I am here tongice you advice on getting your man to forget his ex. Trust me. It's a pain."
Everyone saw it coming.
We all pictured it, but than it happened.
There's a difference between imagining something and than it actually happening.
I'm not even an Arkos fag, I'm a Lancaster fag but this hurts...this hurts so much.
I think we can all agree Pyrrha died a hero.
> SHOT THROUGH THE HEART
> AND YOU'RE TO BLAME
> YOU GIVE LOVE A BAD NAME
holy fuck, i just went back to the very first episode
salem isn't just doing a narration in the beginning, she's talking to ozpin. he even responds. what the fuck i never remembered him speaking there.
and her lines in the volume 3 finale are a direct continuation of that conversation they were having.
That's probably it. Most of the ideas that revolve around him improving always throw shit in that's pretty ridiculous.
Him just outcardio and out gaming people on the other hand is kind of neater. He might not be the best hunter but he'll keep going and going and going.
>YOU VERY FIRST KISS WAS YOUR FIRST KISS GOODBYE
>YOUR LOVE IS GONE
So what's next?
Stealing Ruby's memories?
I hope there won't be anything long lasting and dramatic with Blake and Yang.
>Teleports behind Cinder
>Draws his new and improved Katana folded over 1,000 times
> pssh nothin personal kid
Oh yeah, no bro we figured that one out a while back. Some anon actually transcribed the whole thing. Hoping somebody will splice the audio together so you can listen to it easily soon.
>"Oh well, it's a shame you never got to kiss."
>"Um..actually...right before she went to fight, she dis kiss me."
>For the first time since Ren knew her, Nora actually went silent.
>For years, he had been dreaming of this moment.
>And he didn't like it one bit.
"Shine" is just a fucking depressing song now
God damn I eagerly awaited these days when RWBY went dark... but now I miss the comfiness of school episodes.
Remember when Pyrrha's biggest problem was that she didn't have a date for a dance? Good times.
>Tai said it so it must be true
I got the feeling he didn't even fully believe what he was telling Ruby, and that he was just saying it to comfort her. He hesitated like fuck when Ruby asked if Yang was okay.
Bring her back from what? She's dust in the wind
She shined pretty good when Cinder burnt her to a crisp.
I know it's been months since Penny and Pyrrha died, but I didn't like how happy they are in the final scene. Yeah, I guess it was suppose to instill hope and they can't be all mourning after all this time, but still. To us, it was barely 5 minute since we saw Rubes cry over her friends' death and we didn't even get to see how the rest of JNR reacted to Pyrrha's death. It's almost like there to visit her or something.
BTW, as a reminder, in the brothers grimm version of the story, a passing huntsman cuts the belly of the wolf open with an axe, freeing Red and Grandma, and then they fill his belly with stones in revenge.
>White Rose becomes canon
>A wild Jaune appears
I would imagine that Cinder is going to come back next season badly injured and with a personal vendetta against Ruby. The finale for volume 3 will likely have team RWBY reuniting in order to avenge their friends and defeat her. In the end, Em's betrayal will be the final nail in Cinder's coffin. Then we end on another scene to get us hyped for the impending battle with Salem.
>We can agree that Pyrrha died a hero.
Because, as bittersweet as it is, that was her destiny.
She was the hero, the champion, and yet she wanted to be something else for Jaune.
She fought against what fate gave her for just one kiss, and returned to her path.
Her story is that of the Greek tragedy.
It's unclear whether Ruby is a Maiden (almost certainly Winter if so) and the silver eyes are just a sign of that, or if the silver-eyes legend is something entirely different. On the one hand, there's a LOT of winter theming around Ruby if you're looking for it, going all the way back to the Red trailer...on the other hand, I can't think of a good reason for Qrow not to tell her about the whole Maiden thing, and there are several other characters who may have the silver-eyes trait (specifically Neo and Mercury).
My second argument for this is that Yang is based on Goldilocks.
In the same vein of the 3 bowls of porridge, on being too hot, one too cold and the third just right, I think her semblance will develop the same way.
Due to her natural temperament, the easiest way to use her semblance is through anger and damage, but we saw where that got her. Now that she is depressed, I think her semblance will manifest differently, possibly through Tai's training to be healing or something, but of course, that will clash too much with her natural instinct, so she will find the middle ground between the two to be able to work it.
Boom, fairy tail'd, cunts.
Oh yeah, no, the arrow in the leg was symbolic. That was RT going "hey, remember how we said some characters wouldn't end up like their counterparts? Pyrrha isn't one of those characters".
But with every tragedy there will always be
A New Hope
>"Wait, Raven? Why are you here? Aren't you supposed to be guiding Uang or something?"
>"I got it covered"
>Meanwhile in Patch
>"Dad! Dad! I've gotten over my Yangst and want to train to get stronger. And get a robot arm!"
>"That's great! Where did all this come from?"
>"Oh I got a little pep talk."
>From Yang's room, Zwei wearing a Grimm mask and weilding multiple swords barks happily.
Nuts and Dolts master race.
nah u just gotta punch harder
So in the end who is going to win the Blakebowl?
Does the dong literally drag him to the woman regardless of what Taiyang's doing? Is that the real reason he dropped the tray? Because he couldn't have been able to read the note.
>Tai secretly wants Qrow for himself
>Bangs Raven because he wants Qrow to realize he's his type
>Qrow falls in love with Summer
>Tai bangs Summer after Raven leaves to keep her away from him
>Summer dies and Qrow falls into alcoholism
>Ruby finally being the MC and trying to use her new power to help people
>chance for Jaune to git gud and show how he's dealing with what happened
>chance to develop Ren and Nora, maybe even get to know their childhood story
>Qrow might even jump in and get involved to mentor them
I can dig it.
>inb4 they skip the journey and the 1st episode of next season is showing that they're already at their destination
I don't think RT will do this but I like the sound of this.
I mean, volume 2 was about Blake advancing her techniques through incorporating dust in her semblance, as well as finding the issue with Weiss & Yang's technique (weiss' that she wasn't doing much damage and stuff & yang that she relied on striking enemies and trading blows to get the upper hand).
Volume 3 was about showing Yang becoming overly reliant on her semblance & having it pay off in losing her arm & Weiss developing her technique to actually do something (big ice wombos & summoning at the end).
Volume 1 is moot, as it was just introductions & Weiss being a prodigy advanced faster than Yang. The issue is that Yang's semblance was overpowered, besides that Yang was very limited in her fighting style and ability to adapt.
>Torchwick will come back
Maybe if we buy enough Torchwick T-Shirts from the store Burnie will force him back
Hope is a candle. And remember where Pyrrha's name comes from?
That's actually pretty good. Goldilocks is alternatively a story which is used to represent finding something "just right", or about wild temperaments getting in your house and playing with your things (Don't fuck with a strangers house, basically). Depending on the version, the girl may vow to be a good child after she escapes, or is saved in the woods by her mother.
>He will return to exact revenge on those who used him.
I'm seriously curious, why?
>he becomes less of a villain and more of an anti-hero
>he is the catalyst in Neo's betrayal of Cinder
>he sets aside their history to help RWBY take down whoever the endgame boss is
>he is the Seto Kaiba to Ruby's Yugi Mutou
With Pyrrha gone who can train Jaune to use his sword better and encourage him when he feels down now?
Ruby or Qrow.
They both know how to sword fight.
Qrow. He's following them. He knows how it feels to lose a teammate. Or if you think he loved Summer, then he also lost a loved one. He's also friends with Taiyang so he probably already dealt with a friend who went through what Jaune's going through. Plus he's a strong fighter. Seems like a perfect set-up.
>Train him to use his sword better and encourage him when hes down
Holy cow that is some impressive game play.
>"That's not true! The heart may be weak, and sometimes it may even give in a little. But I've learned that deep down there's a light that never goes out!"
With their special eyes im sure they could beat anyone
>Ozpin is the wizard.
>He trains new people to take his place so he can usurp their bodies with as little fuss as possible.
>He stole Qrows body when Cinder killed him and is not going to tell anyone.
>"What the fuck did you just fucking say about me, you little faunus? I’ll have you know I graduated top of my class in Beacon Academy, and I’ve been involved in numerous secret raids on the White Fang, and I have over 300 confirmed grimm kills"
Nah, I bet Taiyang started making his way to Vale after hearing what happened after Yang's fight with Mercury and showed up right after things went to hell. He probably made a lot of noise, so JNR knew to follow him to Patch.
I really want this to be a thing. It's even more perfect if they throw in Adam and make it team RMNT.
Protagonists being forced to work with people they hate against people everyone hates is the best.
Holy shit I laughed harder than I should have
If grey irises mean unique special snowflake genetics, what the fuck do tricolor hetero-chromatic irises mean?
Also how does Neo manage to look so damn good in every single outfit?
Place your bets for Yang. She has to reenter the story eventually(or else what was the point other than shitty shock value?). Will she:
>Learn to fight onehanded and adapt her style
>Change her weapon entirely and use a new combat style
>Get a robot arm
>Lose her other arm and have to learn how to shoot fireballs from her stubs
A robot arm that floats rather than being connected where the elbow should be might be rad, but I'm pulling for the fireball stubs.
Some day, Ruby and her friends will confront Salem.
She will lay them to waste in their folly
And she will tell them how foolish they were to hope
And then Ruby is gonna stand up, eyes a silver flame
And tell her that so long as one human stands, there will always be hope
And then she will REAP THE SEED
And Salem will say, "Child of Man, Well done!"
and now we got a year will we even get a RVB to cover us untill then fugg
the A team of everyone including villains hell even Adam must of know he has been played and it feel good that cinder was at best a special pawn in the grad game of things. assuming she is frozen or critically injured
I thought it was Emerald who looks like she is about turncoat due to feeling almost-remorse for her actions? Merc and Neo seemed to be fine with carnage and evil actions they're responsible for. Emerald just seems like she has a bad case of idol worship.
>monty's fucking genius
He gave three fucking seasons for the other animators to work around in and polish their skills to catch up to his level, knowing he couldn't animate everything he wanted to happen on his own.
R.I.P. Monty, you fucking hardcore motherfucker
And how to properly move off line, on line, around and above.
I honestly have no idea what kind of builds people are using that all they do is stand there and tank shit with their shields.
I'm fucking sidestepping shit and rolling blows off.
Seeing how light Jaune's armor and shield is he'd probably still be pretty mobile. And since he will never brute force shit he needs to develop his foot work and not getting hit skills.
If Miles is as big of a influence as people make him out to be being blamed for all the bad things that happen, he let slip during the live stream when Neo showed up to saved Roman "It's Best girl"
so maybe she will have a long term effect on the story.
Everyone thinks Lancaster is a go, and it might actually develop nicely.
But one thing we need to remember is how straight they are remaining to character references. I mean, Pyrrha's death was spot on Achilles. And we all know who Jaune is based on.
If they have the guts to stick to their original premise, then Jaune is gonna probably last a good while longer, but end up sacrificing himself in the final battle.
And be together with Pyrrha in death
>"Look Raven, Ruby may be retarded but Yang is nowhere near the level as Ruby!"
>"Tai, look at her grades"
>"Oh, so Math and Writing aren't her best subjects! At least she got an A in combat!"
>"Tai....this was her exam report"
>It's a bunch of scribbles and a doodle of Yang holding a Grimm's head
>"Wow!" Tai smiles "she's so creative! I'm proud of her!"
>"Your denial annoys me"
why did i think rewatching it would make any good difference
it only made me relive the tragedy
why did it take her life to take the show from mediocre to good?
I would love to see her adapt and learn how to fight with one hand, just because it's something I've really only ever seen done in fiction by characters that are complete badasses.
>Neo (Keanu Reeves, not the cute little girl)
However, advanced prosthetics already exist in RWBY so I'm sure they'll just give her a robot arm and call it a day.
I honestly just want Jaune and Ruby to be the best of friends. Like Gon and Killua Level of friendship.
I like Lancaster/Rose Knight/Crescent Rose but I love friendship more than Romance
Only way I can see them being confident enough to kill Roman is if they expect Neo to be able to carry hard in his place. She's literally the only other antagonist that people actually like.
Heh, poetic but Pyrrha's dust is...blowing in the wind. But Cinder might easily make a reappearance later down the line, particularly if she is immobilized along with dragon grimm.
>Yang, Pyrrha and Weiss were my favourites
>One is WIA, and heavily demoralized due to an AWOL partner
>One is KIA
>Weiss is all that is left to me at this moment
Please God no, don't let Weiss suffer any misfortune.
JAUNE AND RUBY START THEIR OWN HUNTING BUSINESS AND LIVE HAPPILY EVER AFTER!
I-I don't want to join the Arkos despair....
I think people will like Cinder as an antagonist now she's actually a credible threat, before she was hard to take seriously, coming off more like a scheming kid, but after the past two episodes, taking on Ozpin and Pyrrha, and having easily the best fight scene since shotgun-nunchucks, people should have warmed up to her.
And hate her guts at the same time.
I can't imagine Weiss suffering for some reason.
Honestly the amount of enemies whose attacks would fall short once you figured out their range was fucking ridiculous.
Jaune has gangly limbs. And he fucking dances. Learning to sidestep rapidly is far easier than ballroom dancing.
>The only person who knew his secret is dead.
Aside from Cardin of course.
I'm sorry anon, but steel yourself now so that you suffer less many volumes down the line.
And also, bad choice of occupation for the future. As Roman said, all hunters do is end up dying.
Well, a lot of people at least.
Nope I still don't like her. She is a shitty antagonist because she lacked presence and personality. Also things tended to always fall in her favor even when they should have been undesirable setbacks or at the very least frustrating.
Roman was a good villain because he had personality. And was fun to watch he felt like a person on the eccentric side but not a dull monotone super planner.
>You beat up Yang!
>You framed her in front of millions!
>And YOU dismembered her!
>Maybe this was a bad idea...
>Maybe we should call ourselves team BRNT!
