What are some villains you were legitimately rooting for?
Considering all of her "evil" actions before the finale were off-screen and told to us by members of the rich family who were pretty much the only people in the EK who stood to lose from re-unification, I was hoping Bryke might have planned the greatest villain twist of all time.
But alas. Still rooted for her anyway because fuck Suyin.
All of the villains were more likeable than the protagonist
you know what
this guy went trough the whole movie, putting effort and class into every single move
each and every single one was thwarted or used against him in every single fucking way.
even worse, in this continuity hes just mad about not getting the same glory as the other gods, jesus if they just gave hi some fucking recognition we might have excaped alot of destruction here.
Fuck Herc, i was rooting for Hades every single second from start to finish
probably would have liked Unalaq more than Korra if they had kept him consistent.
At first he seemed like it was a desire for balance in the world, not a bad idea, then suddenly he goes "nah imma be dark avatar" and evil for the sake of evil.
He was only doing what Flynn told him to. An impossible task. Kinda felt bad for the guy
The Pheonix King, based daughter, based voice actor, based plan, lost to BS Lionturtle ex-machina.
>At first he seemed like it was a desire for balance in the world, not a bad idea
It's never been clear what anyone ever means by "balance" in that franchise, and it's never really consistent, either.
If what Unalaq wanted was to open the spirit portals and have spirits live with humans again, fuck him. That's retarded.
Other than a lifetime of spectacular failure.
Couldn't get his parents to love him, couldn't wipe out the pandas, and definitely didn't get very close to killing kung fu and taking over china.
COME WAYWARD SOOOULS
AND WANDER THROUGH THE DARKNESS
THERE IS A LIGHT
FOR THE LOST AND THE MEEK
It hurts that he's never allowed to be right like ever.
Imagine if you had to put up with the space equivalent of hippies chaining themselves to a tree to prevent deforesting. And then those hippies started killing thousands of lumberjacks.
The moral of that story isn't "I guess I shouldn't have tried to cut down that tree", it's "that tree needs to die".
shame he never got to win, or dib. Felt bad for both characters
Literally did nothing wrong. He can't help that the only way he can survive is to harvest oil from trees that grow from human souls.
Being beast is suffering.
There's a big difference between a tree and sentient life. It's more like going into a forest and chopping it down, without any real necessity, fully aware that it would kill all of the creatures in it.
why are no cartoons ever red-pilled? Why are they either retarded like gumball or pushing an agenda like steven universe, why can't we have a show where the protagonist defends capitalism or something
In the case of Gems, humans are more distant to them than trees are to us. We're actually related to trees and have roughly similar mechanics (consume, grow, expel waste, and reproduce).
Plus, from a gem perspective, humans were going to die in just a moment anyway. They live for thousands of years and we live for less than 100.
>pushing an agenda like steven universe
I was about to completely ignore your post until I read
>why can't we have a show where the protagonist defends capitalism or something
And realized it must be sarcasm.
Batman frequently defends American society in it's best form, and wields Waynecorp as a power unto itself for national and global good.
Stark Industries (particularly when it's not leaning heavily on arms trading, and sometimes even then) is generally good when Tony has a good hand on the reigns and people aren't going too far.
Adrian Veidt runs his firm quite well too, and is set to usher in a better era with his goods and services.
In their best most ethical forms these companies are hugely innovative and contribute significantly.
A lot of small businesses get a good portrayal in cartoons, too.
I don't care if he's a sociopath, Tombstone and Hammerhead were even worse.
>The Cluster is for the CGs
I'd say it's more about developing a new weapon, with the capture/execution of the organic-humping traitor and her fanatical followers being an added bonus.
This guy from the first arc of the latest Cap run was great and I want him to come back strong
I know you guys won't care about this for another 5 to 6 months 'till a subbed version is aviable, but this lady here definitely stole the whole show.
Haven't found anything yet (except shady streaming websites that claim to have a DVDrip version and totally won't steal your bank account, for realz, the credit card number is just to check identity, we swearz)
>Captain Falcon (and presumably the new Mexican Falcon) fight the Serpent Society over Mexicans
It's right there in the title. CLARISSA ruins thanksgiving. Not Clarissa's father.
The cast of the X-Men books is too large. We all know this is the right way to fix that.
>You will never beat the shit out of Clarissa's dad with your bare hands.
You didn't need to root for Hades. It's noted in a few myths that of the Olympians he's one of two that never created monsters to terrorize the countryside when someone displeased him.
"All I have to do is wait."
...Ares was the other one, simply starting a skirmish or full out war and making sure the person he was mad at was on the front line.
The Fates are the real villains, remember. They told Hades all of the things that guided his actions. And going off actual mythology as best we can, the tapestry the Fate's construct can't be opposed. That's... just how it winds up working out. The Gods are allowed to see it once a year to make their plans, as well.
The little brown girls from /co/'s fantasies are all 28 year old horny cocksluts in a flat chested 18 year old's body scaled down to the height of an 8 year old. Most of 4chan isn't into actual pedophilia, which is why we laugh at and mock people like that black faggot who carried around a USB stick full of child porn in a 'dont click/seriously dont click/private/cp' folder and kept trying to insist he was just joking in his court case.

My loli/shota folders would disagree with you tbj
SpongeBob is a little like this. Mr. Krabs is incredibly successful and runs a profitable business with little to no government regulation. The worst thing you can say about him is that he's cheap, which doesn't seem like a terribly bad thing, in the long run. That's a libertarian dream.
