He didn't even try to put his foot THROUGH anything. Just left some first degree burns to let Rick "Die monster! You don't belong in this world!" Splendid remember him by after he tried to kill Forge with the power of self-righteousness.

Forge knows he's a vile, evil person. That's like his whole character. Despising his own actions. Trying to atone for them. And he has an especially tender spot when it comes to harm to children. He almost let it take him off the path of redemption serving the angel.

Almost.

So of course he feels guilty now that he's going to do that again.

I loved how some characters were made like the anchors to the audience's sanity.

Story was pretty noice - the spoopyness of Danny Phantom meets the unpredictability of Men in Black with a bit of Kung Fu Hustle flamboyance...as other people have said, Chapter 3 to pre-Maxwell's-Dream Chapter 4 is the very enthralling magnum opus in all art and storytelling aspects.
